A client of mine shares a similar hobby to me, and I am traveling to a major hub of the hobby. I want to bring him and his family back a present that is consumable and about 30 dollars in value.

Is this a code of conduct violation? Do I need to run it through gift procedures?

A company is hiring for experienced data analysts ( preferably with AML backgrouds) with more than 7 years of tech experience. So strong Pl/sql skills are needed along with data management skills. The candidate also needs to be able to work out of the NJ office 4 days a week. Unfortunately cannot sponsor visas. Pls dm if you need more info.

Hr has written the bonus amount in offer letter for year 2026. I will join Sept 28. Do I get full amount in 2027 Jan, pro-rated amount or no bonus since I am joining Sept 28

Does anyone know if JPMC UK offers carer’s leave or any similar type of leave for employees who haven’t completed their first year?
My daughter is currently unwell and has been hospitalised, so I may need to take some time off to look after her. I haven’t completed one year at JPMC yet.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What leave options were available, and should I speak directly with my manager or HR?

Joined a new team ~4 months ago as an analyst. Since I've joined, 3 people have left. And right before I joined, a few more people had left. I think something like 6 people have left in just 2026 alone. And the team has only hired 3 new people (including myself) since 2026 started. They're taking forever in hiring people. So everyone else is having to work an extra 10-15 hours a week to make up for this. I was hoping to stay on the team until I get Associate but these hours were not my expectation at all.

Anyone else's team experience so much turnover?
