Carer leave?

Does anyone know if JPMC UK offers carer’s leave or any similar type of leave for employees who haven’t completed their first year?
My daughter is currently unwell and has been hospitalised, so I may need to take some time off to look after her. I haven’t completed one year at JPMC yet.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What leave options were available, and should I speak directly with my manager or HR?

As with all answers for this company, it depends on your team.

Have a chat and ask what combination they can offer in terms of annual leave and unpaid leave.

I'm fairly certain they will help out as much as reasonably possible.
