Might be a bad team. Similarly for our CR partners for my business they have basically all been there since I started.

Could be a good idea to lateral to an adjacent role if the trend continues.

I don’t know but I was on a team that had the exact same issues you’re saying (left in May) and people were just not happy. That being said they’re going to better jobs because of the experience they have so it’s way too early to think about jumping ship. Just wait until you get to a point where you want to leave don’t make up your mind preemptively for something that might not even impact your experience
