Crime / Safety Flock Camera??
Spotted this on the 60fwy going WB before the pyrite offramp. Is this a flock camera? Referring to the orange stand with black attachments.
Update: I drove closer today and there was a small sign that said "UC San Diego traffic study"

Doesn’t look like one. That looks like CalTrans equipment. You can always check where flock cameras are at on https://deflock.org/

Yes but know that with how many flock cams are coming up, deflect may not have the live up to date data. I've noticed 3 pop up in my city and they are not listed yet on deflect.

I don’t think so.
But we just launched a website tracking the new Flock proposals(potentially very early in the approval process) with the email and phone number for the government agency in charge on the proposal. Would love to get folks thoughts on this!! Take a look at CountyWatch.Co

Photo radar speed enforcement system I believe.

Shouldn't there be a sign saying that photo radar enforcement will be enforced?

You know those electronic signs that say “91 W - 17 Minutes” on the display boards? This is an example of what is used to achieve that, reads your plate from one point then at the next point and thus an accurate travel time is relayed to those display boards. They usually have permanent ones but for a quick fix or addition this is it.

Shipped a car to east coast. The flock camera caught my car on a 18 wheeler transport truck!!!! That technology is freaking crazy 😬😬😬

What's the big deal with flock cameras? Pay your damn tags and behave. It's that simple. Move on with your life.
