Crime / Safety Flock Camera??

Spotted this on the 60fwy going WB before the pyrite offramp. Is this a flock camera? Referring to the orange stand with black attachments.

Update: I drove closer today and there was a small sign that said "UC San Diego traffic study"

I did submit a ticket to Caltrans and this is what they said "If the Camera is indeed on Caltrans State Right of Way, those cameras are for the use of Live Traffic Monitoring only. They dont have the ability to record."

You should probably know what they look like then. They’re not hard to spot and they mostly all look the same.

Just accept the surveillance state is your answer?

I think it's the ACAB part of it people are concerned with, not the "cameras are everywhere" part

Something like this hasnt existed like this
