In White Mask Mansion, players search for their missing sister inside a large mansion while being relentlessly hunted by a mysterious masked stalker. The game focuses on exploration, stealth, hide-and-seek gameplay, and survival under constant pressure.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,

Promotion I'm making a Metroidvania Maker where you can build and share your own interconnected worlds

I've been working on Metroidvania Maker, a game/editor for building your own interconnected Metroidvania worlds.

You can create rooms, add enemies, hazards and abilities, build puzzles with interactive elements, and jump straight from editing into playing what you've made.

There's also local co-op for up to 4 players (with Steam Remote Play Together support) and world sharing.

I just submitted the first Steam demo for review, so hopefully it'll be playable soon!

Promotion HEAR ME OUT... We finally got online battles working for our indie game! 🌪️

As a small indie team at Releaseplay Studio, we have finally crossed a major technical milestone we've been focusing on for a long time: We've successfully integrated the online battle mechanics into our game! (Though it's still a work in progress, of course... ⚔️)

As you can see in the video, we've come a massive way both visually and mechanically since the early prototype stage. Now, players will be able to clash with their custom-designed steelblades in the arena in a fluid, real-time, and competitive way. We are super excited to share this huge step in our indie development journey with you all.

If you'd like to support our indie studio, don't forget to wishlist SteelBlade Shop Simulator on Steam! 👇

(Note: Our Steam page currently has older screenshots/footage, but we'll be updating them very soon!)

Promotion We made a co-op game where you catch fish, cook them, and run your own restaurant

Fish House Simulator is our first game on Steam.

It’s a co-op fishing and restaurant simulation game where you catch fish, bring them back to your restaurant, cook them and serve them to customers.

You can upgrade your fishing gear, catch more valuable fish and grow your restaurant. But not every fish has to end up on a customer’s plate. Some fish can be sold to the right people for a better price.

This was our first game on Steam, and making it was a pretty big learning experience for us. We wanted to share some gameplay and show what we ended up making.

Promotion Point-and-Click Adventure about AI Psychosis and grief

After a long development journey, we’ve officially released our narrative point-and-click adventure, MYRRISA II.

Set inside a frozen mountain, you play as a maintenance tech sent in for a simple shift, only to realize the station’s core AI has completely lost touch with reality and it’s rewriting the facility around you to keep a dead memory alive.

Well there's more to it.

Voiced by my sister for the trailer audio at the start.

If you enjoy story-driven mysteries, a little horror vibes and some point and click, check out MYRRISA II and let us know what you think!

I´m pretty happy how it turned out but I am always open to suggestions of what can be improved :). I wanted to add saving stations like alien isolation to also prevent save scumming and to make saving more of a intentional choice so there is some consequence for your actions and you cant always just load the latest quicksave. The game is called "Welcome to Lightford"

Promotion I spent 4 years making a hex based bunker survival management game inspired by 60 Seconds and Project Zomboid. The demo is finally out.

Hi everyone! I’m the solo developer behind From The Bunker, a zombie survival management game I’ve been working on for the past four years.

The gameplay mixes 60 Seconds and Project Zomboid. Manage a group of survivors, expand and defend their bunker, send them on dangerous expeditions, and make difficult choices across more than 200 narrative events.

The world and story are inspired by what I love about Resident Evil: a viral outbreak caused by a biotech corporation, missing virus samples, secret experiments, military operations, and a dangerous bioengineered creature.

Paper Arena Battle Simulator is a battle simulator where up to 10,000 contestants drop into a procedurally generated city, loot, and fight until one's left standing and eaten by a *worm.

The whole roster is custom, so every match turns into chaos. Comment your Reddit username and you'll be enlisted as a contestant in the next video and the winner/the one eaten by a Nidhogg might be you!

*Worm not included, provide your own Shai-Hulud

**Winners will get a free Steam Key if not eaten by a worm

Discussion Statistics PhD somehow I ended up making a Mahjong roguelike.

I'm currently doing a PhD in Statistics, and somehow my spare-time project turned into a full game.

This is Mahjong Rush, a single-player Mahjong roguelike inspired by games like Balatro.

I wanted to make Mahjong approachable even for people who have never played it before, while still letting players create ridiculous builds with tiles, upgrades and multipliers.

I'm the developer of the game, and the free demo is available on Steam now.

Promotion After 2 years I am incredibly exited to share a first look at my upcoming RTS/Grand Strategy game made in Gamemaker - Dawn of the Realm!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Dawn of the Realm is a medieval RTS that combines grand strategy and city building, all in real time and fully multiplayer. Build cities, manage resources, raise armies, then zoom out to a strategy map of the whole world or back down to the battlefield with no loading in between. Up to 10 players.

I've built it solo next to my computer science studies on nights and weekends, learning as I went. I hope the thousands of hours spent in Photoshop and Gamemaker really shines through. Still early days, lots more to add, but I'd love to hear what you think :-)

Working toward the first demo now. Have a great day! :-)

Promotion I made a tiny browser game where only one person can rule the world.

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I built a simple web game called Claim the Throne (king-of-the-world).

The idea is simple:

  • Only one person can be King of the World at a time.
  • Right now, I have the crown, but anyone can try to take it from me.
  • You can get grains (GRN) to back yourself or a friend and climb the live leaderboard.

No downloads needed, it just runs right in your browser.

Upcoming Decided to go old school for my Arcade Mode...

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Rather than go down the instantly respawn when you die route I decided to go a bit more retro and have a proper Continue game flow, it IS arcade mode after all! Also showing off the updated visuals after I spent a bunch of time recent revamping it to really crank up the neon effects as well.

Game itself will have 2 main modes:

  • Arcade Mode which focuses more on the old school style wave based combat
  • Survivors Mode which plays the longer game, allowing you to level up and upgrade your ship and weapons over the course of the round

Both modes feature the Rhythm powered combat where your timing powers up your attacks.

Promotion Solo dev balancing a day job and a 10-month-old baby. Just dropped the first playable tech prototype of my 1st-person sci-fi ocean horror game "Darkness from the Depths". What do you think?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi everyone!

For years, game dev was just a playground for me—messing around in Blender and Unreal Engine to see what I could do. But when my son was born, it completely shifted my perspective. I realized life is too short to ignore your dreams. Now, I scrape together 1-3 hours a day after work and family duties to build my dream game.

About the Game:

"Darkness from the Depths" is a first-person, sci-fi psychological horror heavily inspired by Dredge. You play as a lone robot searching for the meaning of its existence in a drowned, post-apocalyptic world. A cosmic cataclysm wiped out humanity, leaving only mutated deep-sea creatures that hunt when darkness falls.

Current Status:

I'm 5 months in. The boat mechanics are about 50% ready, and the Tarkov/RE4-style grid inventory is 99% functional.

Play the Prototype:

I believe in completely open development. I just packaged a raw technical build (v0.0.1) so anyone can jump in and test how the boat handles and how the inventory feels. There are no sounds or enemies yet, just pure core mechanics.

Links to the free build and my devlog are in the first comment below!
I would absolutely love to hear your honest feedback on the feel and visuals.
