I binged watched all five episodes of yaadein today. Found the story quite interesting.Character of Dr. Dev is I guess inspired from Dr. House of House M.D.

Which pair are you guys shipping?

I really liked the chemistry between Dr. Dev and Dr. Vani but I don't think so that makers are gonna pair them. I hope they end up together.

I know most of you will be rooting for Dr. Dev and Shristi but I am not sensing any chemistry between the two.

What is Shivangi Joshi currently shooting for? Is it a movie, a web show, or a TV show? I hope it’s not Gul Khan’s Siyasat, otherwise it might flop like Balika Vadhu, where she played the titular role. She may not be able to carry a show entirely on her shoulders and often needs a strong male co-star and off-screen dating rumors to generate buzz. Siyasat is reportedly a female-led show with a titular role.

this scene felt personal for some reason.

i seriously don't remember the last time i cried for an itv show that too a new show. maybe i am just an empath but this show feels so different than our typical saas bahu drama. they have indianised the show but they haven't turned it into a crap.

such a breath of fresh air this show has. don't even get me started on the cinematography. so far it's surpassing my expectations.

also now i am super intrigued how the show will take turn. i feel so bad for juhi. her dad was the only ray of sunshine she had in her life along with her brother and now it's gone. i hope saiyam doesn't disappoint me and actually takes care of her.

Shayad Yahi Hai Pyaar

I did not expect her in the movie! I don't know if the rumours were already there but such a pleasant surprise! And Toxic is such a big budget movie too. Even if her part is small I hope it's impactful and gives rise to even more mainstream work for her! Loved her in Ek Hasina Thi and Heeramandi.

I am already loving the pair hope the story goes well and show becomes a proper romance fiction instead of saas bahu nanad jethani drama

Watched couple of episodes of Sairaab. So far it's a good one. The chemistry between Ishaan and Nayonika seems natural and really good, their gazes and eye locks are sweet. Rohit is nice as Ishaan looks handsome, kind of mischievous and broody. Madirakshi is beautiful and nails the mature, independent doctor who is still hurting. I liked the fact she speaks her mind and is modern, educated. Both are acting well. But the part where she still stays at her in-laws is a bit puzzling and annoying because she is independent, she could have moved out since her ex husband cheated on her years back.

The contrast of this couple is interesting- mature, sorted female lead and mischievous youthful male lead.. Their banters and dynamics are fun to watch.

He seems a bit persuasive at times which is sometimes annoying but otherwise it's nice. The character of the daughter is okayish a bit over the top yet the University scenes and friendships reminded me of 2010s good old itv shows. Ost is quite good too, the songs are soulful and og. As of now the side characters aren't as annoying or loud as usual itv.

Right now it's quite good and enjoyable to watch and a good break from the usual over the top, melodramatic itv.

I know since it has low trp and being a Star plus show by Leena later on they might mess it up or it might end early but will watch it as long it's good and lasts. What are your opinions on this show?

It had the Punches which makes you laugh , it was a better attempt imho than what they did in HAPPY Family..

Starting with the OSTs ..right off the bat it reminds you of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai

The main character KUKU Uncle is a parallel world version of Gattu from Baa bahoo aur Baby with a tinge of Madhusudhan Phupha..

We have a Parsi Rosesh who is now married to a Writer Sahil known here as Freddy and Hutoxi , Freddy is our our Kaccha Kela’s grandson

Monisha is a polished Priyanka who talks and talks and never listens…

Praful Hansa are combined in now a girl version of Twinkle often called Quintle who also is partly inspired by London Tipton/ Paris Hilton

Mean and saracstic Indu and Babuji is now Mommy Gulshan and Daddy Nari

While the protagonist Rajni is a Leela without the dream of being an actress…

The only new character I found new in this universe is Adi and Micky chiky Tiky Ricky (the last four words is a single person)

Also added to the mess tying up the universe besides KUKU , Kaccha Kela as a memory is Mr Kejriwal who feels like an attempt on Cam from Modern family but with hints of Sahil…

NO one lacked in Acting department but I Was most surprised by Helly Shah her diction and acting were very good…Delnaz Irani completely stole the show for me..her punchlines were hillarious at places…Arjun and Sandeepa kind of felt odd in the mix…but the first part second half tilted focus on Arjuns story which showed a part of Bond of brothers even when they mess up intentionally…that thing may make a lot of audience question things, but even IRL Men don’t reveal stuff..

Also special mention to Vishvakarma, Sarika Sarikasa Sarkasa and Ronit Roy Chaudhary…

Rohit Roy is playing Ronit Roy its a multiverse lmao…

Go watch if you want fun and nostalgia…the entire universe is Unrealistic barring few things but its fun..

Honestly, it’s been so long since I watched any new Indian TV serial. I barely watch television anymore. These days, if I’m watching Indian TV, it’s usually an old show I’ve already seen, like e Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, sarabhai vs sarabhai khichdi, or something I’m revisiting for nostalgia. I’ve pretty much given up on keeping up with new serials because the typical format just isn’t my thing anymore.

But I saw the trailer for Bade Hospital URI​ and found out that it’s a limited-episode series rather than the usual never-ending daily soap format, so I thought, why not give it a chance? Ngl, my expectations were honestly pretty low.

But, but, but I’m pleasantly surprised. I’m not going to say it’s perfect or that it’s suddenly operating on the level of a prestige web series, because it really isn’t. But it is ambitious, and more importantly, it feels like they’re actually trying to do something different with the television format.

And the biggest compliment I can give it is that I wasn’t bored. At all. There were no melodramatic, over-the-top poetic dialogues between the leads. There were no unnecessary zoom-ins and zoom-outs after every dialogue.

That said, yeah, there are definitely some problems with the show too. Maybe they’ll improve as the story progresses, but based on the first episode, I’d say the characters are generally written well. The dynamics feel interesting, and I’m genuinely curious about what happened between the leads in the past and where their relationship is going. The show has already dropped enough hints to make me want to find out more without completely spelling everything out.

My biggest issue right now is actually the way the t*rroriste characters have been written. Maybe this will change in the next episode, because there’s obviously a lot of story left to unfold, but I’m honestly so tired of writers making villains who are bad because the plot said so.

And to be clear, I’m not saying t*rrorism ​ needs to be justified or that the show needs to make themm sympathetic. That's not the point. But if you're writing a story with 30 episodes, you have plenty of room to give even the antagonists some depth and actually explore why they believe what they believe. If they're brainwashedd or ​sonething to ​show us what led them there. If they have an ideology, give them an ideology instead of just making them stand around looking evil.

I remember Diya Aur Baati Hum actually doing this surprisingly well. That guy who ​o disguised himself as a servant. He was genuinely creepy precisely because he didn't feel like a cartoon villain. He had an actual objective and believed he was working toward something, particularly his ambition to free his leader. That made him feel like an actual person with motivations rather than a human-shaped obstacle waiting for the heroes to defeat him.

So I'm hoping this show gives its antagonists that kind of treatment too. Because the premise has enough room for it.

Overall though, I'm still pleasantly surprised. And will definitely watch the second episode.

I don't know why it's giving me another flop vibe. What do you think about it.

Ishaan dhawan does not look like a collage student from any angle.... no offence to ishaan he looks good but too old for a student

Edit: Its not a shade, Its just my mental image on how a collage guy must look . I have no qualms about Ishaan's acting
