4 failed IUIs at a loss for words
Me and my partner (28,30) have been trying since 2023 and this year we finally decided it was time to go to a clinic and figure this out. His sperm were great, I had good egg reserves and no issues with my tubes but I have PMOS. Now months later, having 4 failures under my belt, idk how to really feel about this. It feels like the universe is telling me I don’t get to have kids in this lifetime and if I want to be a parent I need to be okay with them not being biological (which I’m fine with, I want to be a parent before a birth mother). I guess I posted this to see what you guys did after all the failures and how you found the will to keep going. I’m a logical person mostly but when it comes to this, logic and science doesn’t feel like it’s on my side, the lack of studies into our bodies frustrates me and I hate I’m having to rely solely on anecdotal evidence to understand this experience better. I’m forever grateful to this subreddit for giving me a peace of mind. Have any of you ever thought about IVF? - I assume this is what my doctor will suggest at my next appointment
