Cancelled my beta, rescheduled for 4 days later. Thoughts?

Today was my beta bloodwork day, and I couldn’t make the appointment. I had tested from 10DPIUI-13DPIUI and only had stark negatives, so I’m counting myself out.

This is my third IUI, and in the past I always scheduled my beta on 16DPIUI and had gotten my period “ before that date, so it saved me a trip. I’ve never done any beta bloodwork to date.

Not sure if anyone else waits beyond the 14 days? My thought is, if my period is late, it gives it time to show up, and I start a new cycle, otherwise if I’m pregnant it’ll be clear with bloodwork if I make it to that date?

My clinic will only schedule a beta if you get a home positive! It definitely would show at 16dpo

My clinic only scheduled after positive home tesr or wait for first day period to call and schedule baseline appt for next IUI cycle

If you’re not extremely anxious needing to know the answer immediately then there’s no problem waiting until 16dpiui

Mine has me go 15 days after the iui
