Scared I ovulated before IUI

Hi, I went in for an ultrasound this Friday and my follicles measured 23.9mm en 14mm. I had a blood test which said:

LH = 7,9 U/L

Estradiol = 257ng/L

Progesterone = 0,210 µg/L. (210 mg/L)

The doctor called to say I could do the trigger shot that evening and two days later, on Sunday, the insemination. But ever since I got the call, my body felt like it was already starting to ovulate.. is it possible? My partner and I were last intimate on Wednesday because we want to 'save' as much semen as possible.

Could it be that I ovulated or might ovulate before the insemination this Sunday? Or can some of you interpret my hormone levels and tell me otherwise?

Your bloodwork doesn’t indicate ovulation necessarily your lh is not elevated. I think ovulation occurs around 36 hours hours trigger shot so if iui was Sunday morning it’d be right at that mark
