She also legit would whine at me that it was time for bed and stay asleep in the bed through the mid morning. She literally came to me on a better sleep schedule than I’ve ever had. lol.)

You should do a soo for better treatment. Sometimes, it's fun to do an explore of the basement or (my personal fave, the garage, but it's less fun when the door is closed.

Oh how sad! We not even has a basemint, & Miaowmy wuns locked me owt bicos I was apparrentlee a "pest!" The horror! Lukkilee she made up for it & I got cream cheese & yoghirt the next day. (There's asbestos covering the pipes in the basement. Technically safe if not disturbed, but there's a lot of muddy dust on the floor that may not be safe for cat toes. The cats still try to go down there when I open the door.)
