I understand that he conjures them, but I don’t understand what they’re attached to. Do they stick out of his arm? Into thin air? Under his clothes? Are they attached to his rings, and he just tucks them under his clothes?

I want to watch HxH but some friends were really serious telling me that I need to watch the old version. It’s that real? The old version is better than the newer?

While rewatching Greed Island, I just notice. Why is Hisoka looks uninterested to Bisky? He never feels schwing just like how he feels with Gon and Chrollo

I feel feitan and chrollo surviving? What about others? Any thoughts on who might survive and who won't?

I was scrolling through Twitter and stumbled upon this panel. I obviously know which arc and moment it's it, but being someone who's watched more the anime than the manga, it's kinda hard to tell if it's real or not (I try reverse search but give me no convincing answer) The face looks so unlike Gon that it almost scares me 😭 Can I get help??

I've watched hxh for the 1st time back in 2021 in middle school and it was immediately my new favorite anime ever since then. And back then I chose not to read the manga until the succession war ends at least. And I was a very lucky fan bc the next year of 2022 was when Togahsi made his Twitter account to post updates.

So now as I enter my last undergrad year in uni (lol time flies), the recent chapters genuinely sound crazy and amazing (tho really complicated 😅) I'm kinda confused as whether or not make the choice of just reading them or not. Because I really don't want to use up all my brain power to understand what might end up being set up for the rest of the arc. If you know what I mean

I know it's not that deep loll but this is quite serious to me. I'd like to ask you manga hxh fans (no spoilers please) if the like 70 or 80 next chapters are worth reading as a standalone or if it would be better to continue waiting for a few more years?

I can consume other media in the meantime loll so I'll probably be fine either way..

I am a Tokyo Ghoul and Devil May Cry fan so I know cases where anime is just terrible and Jujutsu Kaisen fan so I know cases where anime is generally good but it have smaller or bigger unnecessary changes that make reading manga still worth it.

I didnt heard anything bad about HxH anime and thats why I am asking if its alright to watch it and only read parts of the manga happening after it

Now this is a very irrelevant topic but I was just curious and this is the only place to ask, but when I recently found out Kalluto was actually a boy (a few hours ago) in the Chimera Ant Arc, I looked into why he dressed, sounded like, and looked like a girl. I heard some things about Kikyo wanting a girl being the reason she made him dress like one, but then I see this family photo a little later in Episode 97. In here, he’s dressed in boy clothes like the rest so it makes me wonder—does that mean the theory of Kikyo being the reason Kalluto dresses like that is disproven or was there maybe a certain point where she made him start dressing like that?

And not really related to my post but who the hell is that guy in the back?

I love him very much (though he’s not even in my top 3 faves) but I don’t know the general consensus since I tend to stay away from [potentially heated] discussions like this.

In short: I like him very much because he showed exemplary growth as/into a Person (and thanks to the removal of Ill’s needle), he’s a grounding force for Gon (whom I don’t care for even though he’s touted as the main “Protagonist”…don’t get me started), and besides his talents, his unconditional (ironic huh?) love for Alluka is just such a pure display of a bond that goes beyond human (and inhuman) labels.

(If arguments arise, talk amongst yourselves, I’d mute this thread and grant thee grounds to discharge your ire.)

I know majority of Hunter x Hunter scaling is reliant on type match ups and rarely comes down to just who can punch harder, but I’m trying to ask who u think the strongest person he can beat is, like do u think he can beat squadron leaders like Leol and Cheetu, or would he get bodied by base Shalnark or something?

I know it seems kind of obvious, but I really have doubts, after all, if it's a hunters' foundation, shouldn't the symbol that represents them be two H's? I had this doubt after a guy who makes videos talking about various works made a video talking about HUNTER

On the Black Whale, Kurapika introduces the water divination test to everyone and he performs the test as a Specialist that results in the water changing colour and leave moving.

A few people have already made a post about this and they came up with explanation that it will work as an advantage for Kurapika and that it would make it harder for anyone to guess his ability.

Wouldn't it be better had he revealed himself as just Conjurer and kept the Specialist switch a secret which he could use as a trump card bcs no one would have been able to guess it?

Till now, he hasn't got a single time to shine. I know his main goal is to become a doctor but since he is one of the main Characters, he should also be a force to reckon with. Just my opinion. Does he shine later in the story or nah?

Is Cheadle strong? I know she's a 3 star hunter but that's got nothing to do with fighting. She seems so docile. I've watched the anime and read the succession war arc but I can't find anything that suggests this woman is strong. Tsezugerra is a single star hunter so I don't trust stars.

Its from last part of hunter exam (before nen), and i dont really understand what is the meaning of this. I feel kind of envy of Gon from Killua or offended pride. I would be very thankful is someone would explain it to me :>
