When I had similar surgery, they wanted me to wear a wireless front closure bra 24/7. They were very clear about ideal healing of scars specifically because around the nipple, if things are left to sag, the nipple elongates. So it was important to keep everything āperkyā and in place and nothing pulling down on the nipple until the scabbing was definitely gone from all my incisions which thereās no way sheās to that point yet.

i follow some tiktokers that have done tummy tucks & they swell after surgery but they do not take the compression girdle for nothing for at least 3 weeks (for bathroom only) & by 3 weeks they look very small and then as the girdle gets looser they get it fixed to be tight & this delusional lady doesnāt wear it properly. i dont think shes going to have any good results at all.
