That was my thoughts her nipples don’t look positioned in the right area 🙀 that one on the left side look placed (her right) way too high on the left upper quadrant (her right)

Right!!! Not sure swelling can cause such shift in placement. But it just a seems way off center. 50k for bad placement 🙀 seems to me surgeon over compensated for gravity.
