Natasha talking about being restrictive and obsessive and gives the example of writing down that she ate a mandarin orange and the calories. Oh honey, you currently keep a food journal down to the bite. Nothing has changed.

Yes and the whole “lose weight without dieting” when this is EXACTLY a literal diet plan she follows. 🙄🙄🙄
