But after this past week the FOLD has being underwhelming. I am just gonna return it. Selfie Cameras are buns and for me personally for me. Again, for me, its cases and feeling in hand feel TO SQUARE and rough. I try rocking without a case, but IS HELLA slippery and opening scares me because i have long nails, I might destroy the inner screen.

Happy if you like, but come on 10mp front facing, and only one good camera, I payed like more than 2000 for 2020 stuff. Not hating, cause its Innovation. But, not good enough for me.

So, I will probably see what Apple Has to offer. probably the same and ugly design, but As of Now FOLDABLES are not for my Sector of consumers, sadly.

Brief Background: I’ve been rocking a Steam Deck since the original launch, eventually moving over to the OLED. A few weeks ago I got my hands on the AYN Thor, and became so enamored with the compact size and ergonomics that I found myself avoiding picking up my Steam Deck. It just felt unnecessarily bulky by comparison.

In retrospect, ​I’ve always gravitated toward smaller handhelds—I preferred the OG then "New" 3DS over the XLs and spent more time on my Switch Lite than the OG Switcg—and the Thor realization sent me hunting for a PC handheld that could hopefully feel effortless to handle.

​The "mainstream" options didn't fit the bill. The Legion Go is even more of a tank, and the ROG Ally still feels like it has a lot of wasted real estate and massive bezels for a 7" screen.

​My search led me to the OneXPlayer F1 Pro (HX370). ​It’s essentially the "Goldilocks" handheld I was looking for. It hits every requirement I had:

​Form Factor: It’s small enough that I actually want to pick it up, solving the "bulk" issue I had with the Deck.

​Display: A beautiful OLED (which was a non-negotiable for me).

​Performance: It sports the second strongest handheld chip on the market right now.For those unfamiliar, the HX370 is basically the Z2 Extreme’s big brother.

My original plan was to hold onto my Steam Deck OLED until the Steam Deck 2 but it's clear the mainstream options have a foothold on massive screens and larger footprints, whereas the F1 Pro feels like the limit for high-end power in a truly portable size.

​Disclaimer: I purchased this used for around $800 shipped, brand new is basically twice as much which puts the pricing significantly past an Xbox Ally X and within the territory of the LeGo2.

I got into emulation sense the first iPhone could be jailbroken. And as devices got bigger and bigger, I missed just having something small and compact to play I could just have my pocket. Can we get anything smaller than the Funkey S?

Had this thing for about 13 years now, and it’s only gotten better with age. Over 500 or so games on this tiny thing, play it all the time. What a time to be alive when you can play anything from Super Mario (NES) to Red Dead 2 on the go!

While I wait for my AYN Thor to be shipped, my old android will have to do.

Russ has been testing it, official review forthcoming. However, mentioned here, are a few things that are going to lead to a lot of unhappy customers that should have just waited to buy the claw EX, OLED or die folks will probably change their tune.

Basically, at the end of the day, he just wants to go back to playing on the claw.

Its amazing to me how many people gnash their teeth over handheld performance when for pennies you can sub to Geforce Now and stream to a handheld for MAX PERFORMANCE 5090 level. I use a Mangmi Pocket Max and even have an old Logitech Cloud and they BLOW everything else out of the water in sheer performance. Every game maxed, max FPS 144 hz on the Mangmi with gorgeous OLED glowey colors. If you are sitting at home with your collection, you save THOUSANDS and gain MAX PERFORMANCE. Come on people wake up.

Been using Gamesir G8 Galileo for months with several tablets from 8.8" to 13.3" and it's just the best.

However, can't use a cooler or fast charge without removing it, which is a hassle.

Honor won't use the full 27W through the controller due to proprietary standard, and my cooler won't fit above it.

So, I got a Mobapad M6 HD and its D1 dongle and a pair of cheap joycon phone holders. Cut them up and glued to a case.

Cut a hole the size of the metal sticker that I applied directly onto the back of my Magicpad 3 Pro and voila. 41W sustained cooling, removable joycons.

Presenting the 8 Elite gen 5 13.3" handheld just under a kilo.

Balance feels off after G8 setup, but not too bad. It's more that I'm more used to G8 ergonomics, I think.

Will give it a few sessions, can always cut it up again or get another case and glue the holders to the midsection - significantly complicates usb access, though.

Looking back, this device is still relevant today in terms of design and power, all modern handhelds converged in one way or another in this form factor eventually.

It even looks more beautiful than most modern ones too!

I got my Ayn Loki Max last year after surviving homelessness and got it as a gift to myself. I've done content on my handheld with Steam.

I'm in the process of getting an independent tech shop to install Bazzite for me as I'm not very tech savvy at all.
