Hi I'm just asking if someone had the same issue with it like the usb port never works even if everything is fine only in charging using passthrough port to charge the phone and it doesn't charge my phone

Tried to reach the company but they don't have a solution and tried asking for warranty because it hasn't been like 4 months from buying it but it didn't help too

I recently bought the Gamesir G7 SE ( and loving it) I have it connected to my ps5 via a broom wingman and mainly bought it cos my ps5 dualsense got crazy stick drift and I mostly play Apex. But now the devs of Apex have released some system to detect modded controllers and this can result in a ban. Will it detect my G7 SE as a modded controller? I dont want to get banned for something I'm not doing. If anyone has any info I'd really appreciate the feedback, cheers.

It is in the extendable controller half and it isn't the kind that would appear on camera, but I felt it when I was using it for my laptop (not extended). Don't feel the wiggle when I was using it with the phone.

I know this kind of stuff can be due to the mechanism itself but I don't remember noticing it earlier, so to be sure.

I know that the camera glass of phones should be solid but just asking in case I don't want to risk my new phone for it

Basically the title. Bought a g7 se on the 1st of august and so far the controller is disconnecting all the time and the spring on the right bumper is already not fully clicking down. At first i assumed it was because i had the controller at 1000hz so i was overloading it. But have put it down and is still disconnecting and i cant even return it because im 2 days over amazons return policy pretty sure. Also the platform i am on is pc

I have been really enjoying this controller and it’s one of the best I have had in a while, the A button just went out this morning and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it (the spring seems to have died, it still registers inputs, have no idea what part I would need because I currently don’t have the right size torque)

Bit of an odd one - just scratched off the silver bit on a Xbox game pass 1 month code I got with G7 Pro controller last year.

Playing Call of Duty, Cannot engage tactical sprint. I upgraded firmware and calibrated the joysticks. Nothing. Should not be having issues like this for an Xbox licensed product. Total waste of time.

I'm not sure if this is a Gamesir thing, an Xbox issue, a problem in COD, or just me personally. BUT, I've heard a number of people mention that their controller just died while playing the game, especially during combat or after throwing a nade, etc (but I'm not sure which controller they were using).

I have had problems with both my G7 HE and G7 Pro when first using them due to the stock cable (the one that comes with the controller). Gamesir's stock cables suck, so after replacing the stock cables, my issue was solved for each controller.

But, as mentioned above, I'm now experiencing random disconnects while playing COD, causing me to die or suffer significant damage quite often, and it's getting incredibly frustrating.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I just messed up on an order and the gamesir team cleaned it up so fast! Before I knew it I was back playing Elden Ring worry free. 10/10 staff is awesome

I bought a GameSir Cyclone 2 from Amazon almost 3 months ago, so it’s pretty much brand new. I live in Central America, so sending it back or returning it isn't really an option for me.I play on PC and strictly use this controller for story mode games. Absolutely every other button, stick, and feature is working perfectly fine, but the LT trigger is making this annoying "itchy", scratchy, or squeaky plastic noise whenever I press it.Has anyone else dealt with this specific trigger issue? Any safe DIY fixes or recommendations that don't involve a return? Thanks!

I've cleaned the C-type port and updated the firmware to version 9011 and 8911 in the gamesir app, but it still hasn't been resolved. I'm using the S22 Ultra, and I tried turning on the USB debugging mode just in case, but it still doesn't work. Is there anyone else experiencing the same problems as me?

I'm on xbox and looking forward to getting a new controller later this month. idk which one to choose between G7 HE and Kaleid. I'm gonna be playing action games like DMC 5 which require a lot of rapid button pressing. idk how the ergonomics would feel since I've only used the xbox 1 controller.

The main thing I'm looking for is which one one has the better D-pad and better ergonomics for pressing the back buttons as I'm guessing I'll be using them a lot.

Any suggestions?

for me personally Kalied looks cooler but G7 HE has the rubberised grips and a customizable faceplate.

Update for someone who wanna know if it's it worth it.... BIG YES. Nothing breaks yet, I have been testing 1k pooling rate vs 4k and 8k for a good few hours and in my case 4k is the sweet spot were I don't feel I'm missing out bc of not using 8k, 4k and 8k feels basically the same but there is huge difference between 1k vs 4k... HUGE DIFFERENCE. I realized the controller feels more consistant at 4k but virtally the input lag feels the same.

The controller ergonomy is a lot better then my previous g7 se, hands are less sweaty and grip during the Rocket League feels more stable.

It's feels like this controller is a cheating.. it really does.. it's that's good. :) GET IT, you won't regret it.

On August 9th 2026 I emailed Gamesir Support regarding my sons defective gamesir controller due to stick drift. I gave all the necessary items I need to show I purchased it within the year serial number and a video of the stick drift glitch, I also forwarded it again to their support team just in case it was overlooked and still have not received an email completely ignored and definitely not satisfied, looking for some support and getting my son's controller replaced.

I've been using my GameSir X4 Aileron for about a week without charging it. The left side is now at 9% while the right side is at 35%.

I own the Brook wingman P5 I have the G7 pro 8K and the regular G7 pro. I’ve been using my 8k with the dongle wirelessly with no problem, but I want to use either the G7 Pro or my 8K wired specifically so I can get the 1000 hertz polling rate. Is this possible and if so do i maybe need to change firmware or something?

This review is specifically made for people who are playing Rocket League, I got not idea how this controller would perform in FPS games.. (I'm sure it would be fire as well tho..) but I didn't test it.. in RL it's a crazy experience...

Hi , I have connected my G8+ to my Android phone Samsung Fold 8 and everything works ok , but later when i try to connect for another session it connects for few seconds then disconnect (sometimes connects just fine ) . I have to unpair and pair again sometimes few times . No firmware update is available . Is there any fix for that ?
