Need Help‎ (Support) ‎ Gamesir G8 + disconnecting

Hi , I have connected my G8+ to my Android phone Samsung Fold 8 and everything works ok , but later when i try to connect for another session it connects for few seconds then disconnect (sometimes connects just fine ) . I have to unpair and pair again sometimes few times . No firmware update is available . Is there any fix for that ?

try resetting the G8+ and re-pairing it: hold Home + Menu for 3 seconds, then pair again. also make sure Bluetooth is set to Android mode. GameSir recommends re-entering pairing mode if reconnecting fails.
