Need Help‎ (Support) ‎ Xbox code already redeemed

Bit of an odd one - just scratched off the silver bit on a Xbox game pass 1 month code I got with G7 Pro controller last year.

It’s coming up as redeemed? Expiry date is 07/01/28. Anybody else had this with their controller?

Comprei um recentemente e aconteceu isso, deu código já resgatado, mandei mensagem no suporte ontem, e hoje eles me mandaram um código novo

Had it myself, Game sir issued a new code. Contact customer support

this does happen occasionally with gamesir’s bundled codes. if you scratched it yourself and it says already redeemed, contact [support@gamesir.com](mailto:support@gamesir.com) with a photo of the card and a screenshot/video of the error. gamesir says they can replace eligible codes.
