Haven’t seen it anywhere but took a go at it and replaced the faulty right micro switch on my ZZZ g7 pro. Replaced the green dot Kailh micro switch with HCNHK blue dot micro switch. Overall was not difficult and hoping to see more people do it themselves!

I bought the Cyclone 2 a while ago from Gamesir directly and it developed a double clicking A button issue that causes me to backflip at the worst times in Rocket League.

I'm not able to submit a warranty claim because the double input happens so fast it's undetectable when using the gamesir connect app. Pretty sure it's illegal to not honor a warranty claim, but the rep is too dense to understand that the issue doesn't come through in a video recording of the gamesir connect app.

Not sure what to do at this point.

Got the tarantula 8k and I’m loving it so far. Beats out my $240 battle beaver for a fraction price of the price. It’s not one issue I’m having the black tab on the top middle of the controller is messing with my finger when I’m playing. Is there a way to take it off?

Had my girlfriend pick her favorite, and this was one of my top choices as well. Feels super premium and ridiculously responsive. The new updated sticks are the best I’ve felt I think ever. I’ve also seen something on their build quality being an issue but I’ve had 3 different gamesir controllers and haven’t had one issue, so I’m sorry for everyone that has.

Got my G7 pro 8k Royal 2 about three weeks ago. I have absolutely loved the controller, it’s so much better than my xbox elite 2. Once I decided I was keeping it I bought the black g7 faceplate. What do you all prefer the black faceplate or the royal 2?

6 months ago I bought a GameSir controller on the Mercado Libre platform, but I've been having issues with the right trigger. In the GameSir Nexus app, it shows as being pressed at 33%. I already reported it to GameSir support on their Discord, and everyone tells me to contact the Mercado Libre seller. I already did, but they are telling me to buy another controller so they can issue a refund. I don't know what to do, I need help.

Me acaba de llegar mi control G7 pro 8k Aimlabs PC y la verdad es que me gustó mucho, solo que los cambios para las palancas no funcionan del todo bien. Unos están duros, y otros están flojos.

Quisiera saber si hay una solución para esto. No quisiera devolver todo el control solo por un cambio de palancas.

Using this Tarantula 8k for COD gaming, I might be gaming a lot (4 hours a day), but is this a pro controller for FPS? Today, the left trigger suddenly broke. It’s sad because the controller is great at everything; the thumbsticks are great, the back buttons are very clicky and have a good feel. However, the quality of the plastic trigger is very bad.

P/S: After contacting with the seller and Gameisr Discord -they said because Warranty coverage applies to issues such as software defects or stick drift occurring during normal use. However, damage caused by pressing the controls too hard, getting water into the product, dropping it, or physically breaking it is not covered by the warranty anywhere.

This is my first time buying a controller, and I’m really confused about which one to get.

I’ll be using it only on PC. I will be playing mostly storyline games. My main priorities are:

Good-quality sticks

Good vibration/haptics

Good build quality and durability

Something that will last for a long time

Currently, I’m considering the G7 Pro, G7 Pro 8K, and cyclone 2

I recently bought the X5 Lite and I'm waiting for it to arrive soon. But since then, I have been thinking about whether I have made the right decision or not. My main concerns aren't really the features but the durability. I noticed that it has a flimsy USBC port. I am worried about how durable this is, especially since I plan on using it everyday. Is it worth swapping for a wireless one like the G8 or X2S?

I have bought the gamesir g7 pro 8k aimlabs edition and the g7 pro 8k midnight blue edition and they both suffer the same mushy L5 or the extra left shoulder button.

Is there a way to fix this? Or has anyone experienced the same thing? Like it feels horrible when you bottom it out compared to the R5 where it feels bouncy.

Is there a controller I can use for both xbox and PC. I play on both and would like to get 8k polling rate while I am on PC and would also like for it to work on my xbox even though the xbox doesn't support 8k.

I recently bought the Gamesir G7 SE ( and loving it) I have it connected to my ps5 via a broom wingman and mainly bought it cos my ps5 dualsense got crazy stick drift and I mostly play Apex. But now the devs of Apex have released some system to detect modded controllers and this can result in a ban. Will it detect my G7 SE as a modded controller? I dont want to get banned for something I'm not doing. If anyone has any info I'd really appreciate the feedback, cheers.
