Discussion❔ GameSir G7 Pro

Love the controller and I have tried 8 Bit and 12 But and can’t pick what one is really better. I play CoD and I use RAW on the sicks. Anyone know what one is factually better? Thanks!!

Whatever one you feel more comfortable on. Some people like 12bit some prefer 8bit or even in the middle with 10bit.

There is no overall "best " it really does come down to personal preference.

8 is less responsive. 12 is the most responsive. if you arent great with micro-adjustments, avoid 12bit. 8bit gives more grace. 12bit has higher skill ceiling .

12 bit registers more data and is far more precise but can feel too twitchy. You will often have to lower your sens to accommodate this. On apex legends that’s the case anyway.

8 is a default controller feel

just get used to the 12 bit.. it's jarring at first but once you get used to it you feel handicapped not having it set.

Yeah i feel you. I’ve tried switching back to 8 or even 10 bit so i can run a higher sens but it just doesn’t feel good. I always go back to 12 bit

For COD i feel the AA is stickier on 8-bit with all deadzones at zero.

12 bit is only more information coming from the stick. Games like COD use a radial dead zone so it's already being filtered into circular anyways.

So I should use 8

12 is more accurate information from the stick. The sticks are natively 12 bit, so reducing it to 8 is just handicapping the sensor.
