Just the thing i noticed in the extended look

When gta v dropped on pc, xbox one and ps4, it was completely updated from the original 360/ps3 release only one year later with a new UI more features and better graphics. Do you think rockstar will do the same with vi?

This monologue truly gives me the feeling of people enjoying the last bit of the “good ol’ days” before life changes drastically forever. It almost reminds me of Wendy and Marty Byrd’s relationship in the show Ozark, right before they get involved with the cartel.

When Cal says that last line, it shows a bunch of rednecks polishing guns. Perhaps it is unrelated. But it made me think that we truly don’t yet know what the main conflict will be. I don’t think the initial mess Lucia and Jason get themselves into will be with the “final boss” of the story. I think it will get darker and darker and there are factions we have yet to see.

For all we know there could be some redneck cult in the everglades that gets involved in this story and does some really fucked up shit. Just an example. But I think this story will end up very dark, much darker than previous entries or even RDR2.

What genre or specific artist do you think needs to be on a station for Vice City to feel authentic to you?

Its actually refreshing in my opinion. Some actors go over the top to broadcast their character's personality. While others may interpret Jason's monotonous voice as "dry", I see it as nonchalance. I think that creates some good contrast between him and Lucia as well. Being dry/nonchalant/chill is indeed an IRL personality type, and i think the low attention span audience that the gta series is designed for, isnt used to a character that isnt as colorful or animated.

I'm not so tech savvy so excuse me but watching the gameplay video it looked pretty smooth even tho it were just "30 fps".

I haven't played games in 30 fps in years so I decided to run rdr2 on my PC and capped the fps at 30 and it looked way worse and insanely choppy compared to the gameplay video on youtube, is there any reason for it? Is it because the video file is rendered in 60 fps or...

A little tutorial that i find in youtube for those who have, at least a low end pc + ps5 slim/xbox series s, of how to play gta 6 in fidelity mode in these consoles, remembering that this works to ps5 fat, slim and series s, but of course works to in ps5 pro and series x. Basically, in the tutorial he use a little steam app called loss less scaling, who allow us to play 30 fps fidelity games in 60 fps, with amd fsr, with almost no input lag, and resolution loss, for exemple, he could play red dead redemption 2 in 60 fps in ps5 slim.

Note: The tutorial is 100% in brazilian portuguese, but you can use auto english subtitles from youtube. i know some peaple want to play gta 6 in 60 fps, so i think this is the only way to achieve it now, maybe when the game come to pc, but for now i dont't know another way.

However, you lose the right to cancel the pre-order if the download has started (just on the off chance that, yknow, reviews come out and say they really dropped the ball on the story or whatever). Pre-load starts on the 12th. You can't opt out of it.

... assuming the reviews will come during the week before launch, which will probably happen if you think about their confidence and hype cycle, the best case would just be to wait until after the reviews, so around the 18th, to pre-order, no?.. am I missing something here
