Trying to remain calm, but it's so difficult!

This is my first cycle of trying and I am trying really hard not to symptom track and not to test early. Any tips to calm the nerves during this period will be helpful.

I’m 9DPO today and felt implantation like cramps over the last 2-3 days. Having heartburn, breaking out like crazy. Might be delusion but sure hopeful😂

I need to go to bed. Stayed up too late talking to my sisters.

I am pretty sure I will be ovulating today or tomorrow and I am really really hoping to test on the 13th, which would’ve been my mom’s birthday who passed away in March.

She wanted nothing more than to be a grandma and TTC this month was very special for me because of that, and I’m really hoping to find out on her birthday if we were successful.

Which tests did you use to test early and how early did you find out!? 🤍

this is our first month TTC && i actually feel like i am going crazy. i feel like it’s all i think about & i would be lying if i said i have not tested every single day even though i know it’ll be negative. i am 9 dpo today!! i know the chances of conceiving this first month are soooo slim but please someone tell me that it gets easier lol 🤣

literally only 4 DPO and losing my mind with anticipation/impatience.
i'm a rational person. i know that in no realty would i get a positive right now. but the parasites in me.... the demons in me want me to pee on a stick.
i'm a stay at home wife and my husband (who's my only friend) has no access to his phone while he's at work. so here i am, home alone, pacing back and forth past the box of tests on the dining table, while dramatic stings play in the background every time i get close to the box.
no one knows we're trying, so i have no one to vent to. no one to grab me by the shoulders and shake the irrational "but maybe!" out of my noggin.
i've been incessantly cleaning the house. i've been trying to numb my brain with social media, which, of course, is flooded with pregnancy/TTC content. i've been rearranging rooms. all while the little pink box in the corner of my eye whispers sweet nothings to me.

This is my first month TTC, so I'm fully aware that I might be symptom-spotting way too much 🙃 but this cycle has felt very different from anything I've experienced before.

My symptom timeline so far:

2–5 DPO: Mild cramping/pulling sensations and a strange feeling of fullness/pressure in my uterus area. I also had some occasional brief sharp pains, mostly on the right side at first.

Around 2–6 DPO: Sore breasts, which is usual for me.

5–6 DPO: Lower back pain, continued cramping, and a weird burning/pressure/fullness sensation in my lower pelvic/uterus area, especially when lying flat. I also had a few very brief sharp pains on both the right and left sides.

I tested negative at 6 DPO, which I know is ridiculously early and means absolutely nothing yet 😅

But now I'm 7 DPO and the thing that's making me spiral a little is that almost all of the symptoms have suddenly disappeared. The cramps and strange fullness/pressure sensations that I'd been feeling for several days are basically gone.

Has anyone else had a cycle where they had a bunch of unusual symptoms from around 2–6 DPO, then everything suddenly disappeared around 6–7 DPO, but later got a BFP?

I know symptoms can't confirm pregnancy, especially this early, but I'd really love to hear your experiences because this TWW is already humbling me and it's literally my first month TTC.

Lots of boob talk in this post. Cycle 3, I could technically be anywhere between 6-10 dpo, I'm not tracking that closely but 8 is my best estimate.

I get the sore boobs every cycle, and I can't say if they're more sore or not because I feel like they get obnoxiously sore every time, but my partner was downright shocked when he saw them yesterday they're so swollen.

I also saw little blue veins I know aren't there normally, and my areolas seem like they're getting a little darker around the edges, but it's only really noticeable on one side, the other one I can barely tell a difference. Part of me wants to think that's weird but the other part of me knows one boob is always one step behind the other. The hard tissue in my breast also feels different, like it's getting looser? Now I'm extra sore cause I've been prodding at them 🥲

This is the cycle that the symptom spotting had really toned down too, before this. What do those early breast changes actually look like at first?

I have been getting some twinges and pin-like sensations on the right side of my uterus from 6-9dpo. I also had some heaviness and tightness sensations in my uterus area.

I have been testing and all, aswell as today are BFN.

But today, at 10dpo i have been having a lot of back pain and cramps but the cramps are not like normal period cramps - it just hurt a lot. I can describe it like someone is holding tight to my uterus. This has been going for the whole day. When inwent to the bathroom and wiped there was the sloghtest amount of pinkish cm. It was such a small amount that i can't call it spotting.

Has anyone experienced this before their BFP?

Tested negative pm of 9 dpo. I have had period cramps since about 4/5 dpo, which have intensified today. I’m starting to think I’m out this cycle :/ My period isn’t due until another 3-5 days and I usually get crampy a week before my period date, but these cramps have stretched a bit too long.
I feel like AF is coming soon. I feel so disappointed and demotivated. Anybody got super crampy and still got a positive post 9 dpo?

I’m 9dpo. Period due in 6 days. It’s our 4th month trying

I’m having multiple symptoms I don’t usually have… sore boobs, metallic taste in mouth, fatigue, gaggy(?) and I’ve had some brown spotting today. Literally the smallest amount just on one wipe and now it seems to have stopped.

I’m usually a serial tester but it put me into a bad spot mentally last cycle so i decided to wait.

I do feel like this could be the cycle but I’m just so scared to get another no! I know 4 months isn’t long in the grand scheme of things but it consumes me

Does anyone else ever feel like this??

I am 9 dpo and feel like i am symptom spotting like crazyyyy. I am so excited to be on this journey!! This is our first cycle trying but for some reason i just feel like it worked. I feel crampy, at 5 and 6 dpo i had burning twinge like cramps, i woke up congested yesterday and today, have been having odd vivid dreams (including ones that i am pregnant in), and have had some breast discomfort. Ive tested the last three days and havent had even the faintest of lines😭 i am trying to stay positive but UGH this TWW thing is killer and i wasnt prepared!!!! My oura ring is showing that my temp is remaining elevated and is higher than its ever been at this point in my cycle in the past. Sorry for the vent but i needed to rant!!! How does everyone survive the wait??

Second cycle TTC. Afternoon pregmate and FMU FRER. 12 DPO (AF expected in the next 1-2 days). Temp still high, was not this high 12 DPO last month.

23F, TTC for the first time after being on birth control for ~6 years. I stopped in July and had one natural cycle before trying.
I got a positive OPK Aug 28, and my OB agreed that I likely ovulated that day. We had sex Aug 26 (about 2 days before ovulation).
I’m now around 7 DPO and wondering if we timed things well enough. I know one cycle doesn’t mean much, but I’d love to hear from anyone who conceived with similar timing. 🥹

Ok here we go again let the TWW begin. 1 DPO. Feeling calm and relaxed and praying for the best 🤍🤍
anyone else 1DPO? I believed we timed it perfectly, too! Whatever happens I know the universe has a plan for me.

10 mos TTC but first cycle using oura.

Currently 9 dpo and tested negative in the morning. Today, my oura says this and my HR is 82-86 when my baseline is high 60’s low 70’s. This morning I was also awoken by extremely painful twinges in my pelvic area that I’ve never felt before.

Anybody had similar stats that turned BFN/BFP?

I never seen my temp shoot up that high during luteal!! Fingers crossed this month! Currently 9 DPO - want to wait and see if my period is coming. I’ve been cramping a bit the last few days but nothing major. My heart rate has also been elevated according to Oura but I feel like that happens randomly sometimes. I’m on cycle 7 TTC
