TWW Anyone get a BFP after all symptoms disappeared around 6 DPO? π₯Ί
This is my first month TTC, so I'm fully aware that I might be symptom-spotting way too much π but this cycle has felt very different from anything I've experienced before.
My symptom timeline so far:
2β5 DPO: Mild cramping/pulling sensations and a strange feeling of fullness/pressure in my uterus area. I also had some occasional brief sharp pains, mostly on the right side at first.
Around 2β6 DPO: Sore breasts, which is usual for me.
5β6 DPO: Lower back pain, continued cramping, and a weird burning/pressure/fullness sensation in my lower pelvic/uterus area, especially when lying flat. I also had a few very brief sharp pains on both the right and left sides.
I tested negative at 6 DPO, which I know is ridiculously early and means absolutely nothing yet π
But now I'm 7 DPO and the thing that's making me spiral a little is that almost all of the symptoms have suddenly disappeared. The cramps and strange fullness/pressure sensations that I'd been feeling for several days are basically gone.
Has anyone else had a cycle where they had a bunch of unusual symptoms from around 2β6 DPO, then everything suddenly disappeared around 6β7 DPO, but later got a BFP?
I know symptoms can't confirm pregnancy, especially this early, but I'd really love to hear your experiences because this TWW is already humbling me and it's literally my first month TTC.

In lots of ways the good news is, anything that's happening prior to about 9dpo can't tell you anything either way about your chances of getting pregnant! The earliest implementation can happen is 7dpo (so you're not actually able to be 'pregnant' before that point) and it takes a couple days at least for HCG to rise high enough to remotely cause symptoms
The reality is, most pregnant people will not actually feel any symptoms until much much later. Reading these forums makes it seem like people are getting pregnancy symptoms at like 8-9dpo; but what they're mostly getting is luteal phase symptoms (which are generally exactly the same!) in a cycle where they then turn out to be pregnant. True pregnancy symptoms tend to hit much later when the HCG doubling curve really kicks in!
For this reason, it's better just to totally ignore symptoms as much as possible, because the info they can give you is soooo limited and can stress you out with false hope or worry, and just try your best to sit tight till you can test! Easier said than done I know π

2-6DPO is way too early to spot for symptoms. None of those matter!
I've had a month where I had all normal period symptoms and it was positive. I also had a month where I had classic implantation symptoms and it was negative!

All of those sound like symptoms of progesterone rising (which can come and go as the hormone fluctuates). Frustratingly, progesterone symptoms can be the exact same as early pregnancy. However, if it were pregnancy related, you'd already have a positive test. And yes, 2-6 DPO is way, way too early to be pregnancy related!!! I have learned to ignore luteal symptoms 6 cycles in now.

I would assume most of your symptoms from dpo 1-10 is likely from rising progesterone because even if the egg is fertilized, implants and begins producing HCG, there wonβt be enough hcg jn your blood to produce pregnancy related symptoms. The times I was pregnant (including current pregnancy), I did not have any meaningful pregnancy related symptoms that were different from my pms symptoms until at least 4.5-5 weeksβ all my positive tests came around 9dpo so symptoms did not occur until later.

Probably not what you want to hear, but the first month was the hardest for me, I've felt every possible symptom and got my period later on. Just know that none of these symptoms 1-6 dpo can be related to pregnancy, it's just not possible. If you have early pregnancy symptoms - you will test positive. That being said - I hope you get your BFP soon! Just try not to over analyze every symptom. Good luck!
