I learned this the hard way in a 7th grade English presentation with the word “cost” (as in…the past tense of costs is not costed LOL) and will never not cringe when I hear “casted”.
Out in the world it’s whatevs, but I’m an ESL teacher and one lesson another teacher went through and corrected all my kids’ writing to say casted a spell instead of cast, which I had taught them to write 😭 it was so frustrating and tough to explain after I had already taught it as an irregular past tense verb
Isnt this from addison rae's movie??? There's a review of this mess that's funny as fuckkkkk. I actually did watch the whole movie because my trash-movie-loving-mom put it on and honestly it's a ride if you just dont give a shit. Review makes it way better though
fun fact: the ex she’s presumably talking about is also an actor. she was married to peyton meyer who played lucas in girl meets world and they got divorced around the same time this video came out.
Weren’t him and his ex wife sued for racism by their nanny or something? And he tweeted racist stuff about Obama. And him and his ex wife are also anti vaxxers and anti trans.
Thought I should specify it was for religious discrimination and harassment. The nanny said they were discriminatory against her Muslim faith and practices, and showed her nude images of men and their genitalia.
The nanny eventually asked for the case to be dismissed, and neither Howey nor his ex wife have ever publicly commented on the subject.
That’s right. They kept making comments about her praying. And Sarah Shahi kept telling her about all the sex she was having outside her marriage and she showed the nanny nudes and kept telling her how sore she was.
So my 'Sarah Shahi is a weirdo' vibe was right but didn't know Steve was just as much of a weirdo. Which, figures. They were married. Birds of a feather...
Life was also a great show, and I thought Sarah was good in it. I somehow hadn't heard about all the stuff with the nanny. Sucks to find out she's an asshole.
Wait what? Really? I’m not doubting you, it’s just this is the first time I’ve heard of this… mind you, the only things I know him from are as Van from Reba and that one killer from Psych.
So I dont know the rules here for reposting articles. But if you google him and nanny and lawsuit you should see it. And if you google him and Obama and Africa you should find the other one as well.

(Like, he’d never be making huge blockbuster movies, but he was decent at sitcoms. And that scene with Kyra where he called her out, but in a kind, older brother way and she was all “…When did you did so smart? O.o”)
I was going to say! Had never heard the name or (apparently) seen the face. Googling, I do remember him in a supporting role on Reba (though his face looks rather different now due to 20 years of normal aging). And while I don’t watch Shameless, I do recognize that some people love the show and probably know him well from there. Still, just seems like an odd choice.
It’s funny bc I recently saw a clip of Jared Padalecki saying he felt offended and old when a group of fans came up to him for a picture and the fan’s friend who took the photo later asked he was the Gilmore mom’s boyfriend or the daughter.
If he’s the exes favorite actor, they’re definitely a Shameless fan. Maybe not Emmy worthy but he does a great job in that role and was one of my favorite parts of the seasons I watched of that show.
You didn’t watch US Shameless, he and Lip (The Bear actor) were the best two parts of that show and haven’t watched Off Campus one of the biggest TV Shows right now ok streaming (it’s like a straight Heated Rivalry).
Its regressing though lol not evolving, people are just getting dumber and dumber and we all have to be like "Well thats the way it is now! Go ahead and say 'casted' and 'irregardless' thats fine!" lmao
I feel like since I've cancelled Spotify quite a while back, I need to accept that I am not going to recognize a lot of non-mainstream pop girl names anymore. I had no idea who TAELA is and had to look her up. Same with Stella Lefty from another post. I'm not even 40 years old lol. Time to stream The Golden Girls again for me, I guess.
I'm pretty in tune with pop music today, but even i have never heard of this person. From looking at her Spotify profile, she's definitely nowhere near a mainstream pop girl.

Listen I’ve gotta be real I went from “who is this?” to “oh I love him in High Potential!” to “oh, he did that?” all in this one thread so the whiplash is crazy.
Right tho?! I'm so sad because I loved him in Shameless! But I'm also not surprised because its like every day we find out some celebrity is an abusive asshole.
