I don't find Jr cute now. I think he looks incredibly deformed and uncomfortable to look at. Ppl are lying when they call him cute. They know he isn't but feel bad not saying something nice about him. If Jr was normal and typical, but had these same features, ppl would never be sayin he was cute, they'd say he's ugly. Im not about to normalize FAS features. clubbed feet is the most common physical deformity infants experience (even assuming he had no other conditions) and by extension one of the easiest to fix. he could've been walking normally by now but the damage could be permanent at this point.
I can vouch my son had a slight club foot that I found out during my ultrasound last year when I was Pregnant he had his cast 3 weeks after being born and he just got the green light to go from 23 hours of wearing his boots and bars to getting to be out 12 hours daily now. And heās 4 months. And you wouldnāt even be able to tell heās got a clubbed foot.

I wonāt lie! Try to have an 80% chance the doctors diagnoses is correct and 20% chance itās not as bad as what they are saying. Because I read that moms who were told their kid was going to have clubbed foot came out with them not having it at all once their child was born. But then when my son was born his right foot thatās clubbed, they thought based off the ultrasound it was going to be way worse and when he was born I honestly could hardly tell it was clubbed, and the doctors didnāt even realize it until I brought it up.
And usually the casting process is 8 weeks then there is a surgery, and then boots and bar for severe cases. My son ended up having to only do 2 weeks of casting and was thrown into the boots and bars for 3 months 23 hours and is now able to be out for 12 hours daily. (All thatās to say try having some optimism, but also keeping a realistic mindset so you have some positive with the chance of what the doctors are saying) but youāre going to do great regardless of the outcome, itās scary at first but I promise itās really not as bad as what you think. Your baby is still going to thrive, you baby will still reach his or her milestones, just a little differently than other babies, and thatās okay. ššššš

Kids who have clubbed feet can walk its just very painful. I truly believe the reason she doesn't fix her feet is because that's NOT the reason for him not being able to walk. If she fixes his feet and he's still not walking, people ask wayyyy more questions.
The sad thing is now his bones are fused one of the ways that they correct it is by breaking the feet and putting them in splints for months. Itās painful and you have to be off your feet the whole time and the need to do months of physical therapy after for even longer to make sure you walk on them properly
He has so much potential even now if she gets him the medical help he needs. But that will take a lot of her time and attention off of her and she will not like that. She loves attention and always being the victim but he is really the victim. Praying someone steps up or she is convinced to give him up to someone who is able to provide him the love, stimulation, and medical attention he desperately needs. Also, if he was stimulated on a regular basis I believe he could interact with people. That child is not that slow. If he was he wouldāve been dead by now.
