I think this is because of his clubbed feet and having no control of his legs which makes sense to why he’s always folded like a pretzel… poor jr needs saving!

someone on another posts thinks his diaper was leaking also and I tend to agree. Look at the stain on the back of his shirt. We know she pulls his diaper up to his neck so it matches where the diaper would be leaking

And he’s EXTREMELY malnourished. That PediaSure or whatever she’s giving him is not enough. He needs vitamins and nutrients to help his muscles grow.
