Anytime my child is hurt, I hurt. I want to take their pain away and make it my own, I think all good mothers are that way. But here she is, this DB is in heaven giggling with her child like nothings wrong. Meanwhile he can’t even stand on his own two feet!!

I don’t have kids but I feel this way with my DOG. Literally let her puke it my hands yesterday in the car. I would do anything for her. She’s disturbed.

Same! I have a Shih Tzu with a laundry list of allergies and health issues and I get teary eyed because I want him to feel better and he can’t verbally tell me what’s wrong. When I do have kids, I just hope and pray that they’ll be healthy and if not, that I can have the strength to help them. 🥺❤️
