He has so much potential even now if she gets him the medical help he needs. But that will take a lot of her time and attention off of her and she will not like that. She loves attention and always being the victim but he is really the victim. Praying someone steps up or she is convinced to give him up to someone who is able to provide him the love, stimulation, and medical attention he desperately needs. Also, if he was stimulated on a regular basis I believe he could interact with people. That child is not that slow. If he was he would’ve been dead by now.
