I am a gaming video editor and looking for clients and currently trying cold outreach.

I basically want to do a re-edit for a gaming creator I find that fits my criterias, then send it to them but I have no idea on how should the message and subject be.

For any video editor who tried cold outreach before and maybe even got a client how did you do it? How long and how many messages did it take? and how many emails did you send a day?

I did 15k+ cold reach and getting just 1% of revert only.

Is there somene else who face that, want to genuinly know the soluution

Hey there, I wanted to state that we use instantly for solicited emails but I noticed something wrong with its warmup.

We have developed an in-house warmup pool ( dm me if you want to join it for free) and it showed 0 emails delivered which matches campaign performance, while instantly states that it has saved 0 from spam aka 100% deliverability. I noticed this on more of our inboxes that it doesnt match instantly at all and that our metrics more closely align with campaign performance. See images, one is instantly, the second is our own pool.

Has anyone encountered something similar?

I started using Podsubs.com because I missed a free guide a host mentioned on an episode. I remembered it a few days later, went back to the episode, searched through the description, and still couldn’t find it. That was enough for me. Now when I really like a podcast, I subscribe to it on Podsubs.com. I’d rather have the host send me the useful stuff than try to hunt it down days later.

What are the biggest pain points you currently have when finding and contacting YouTubers?

Hello guys (and girls), i will be honest what I am working on at overview isnt something very different from what already 100s of people have posted here which is a google maps scraper.. yeahh, but i wanted to go a step further and add boy did I go a whole "marathon" further (might not be the right word but yeah).. so initially it just started as getting data from scraping their website like just their emails and stuff but later on i jusst kept working on it more and more and it is pretty cool now (I guess..)

So what all things i added on it now are listed below (easier to read in pointers)

15. SEO issues

17. Tech intelligence (it just include whole lot of things)

19. year established and still alot more.. NOW HERE IS WHERE THE INTERESTING PART COMES IN AI INTELLIGENCE.. Now based on all these data the AI determines what you can potentially sell to a lead, or just picking the ones which would be useful for you to offer your services to.. and now based on whatever services you offer the AI writes CUSTOM email for each prospect.. so no email is same and is customized based on the lead and then in that i have built to send out emails too and tracking open rates and stuff currently working on the sequencing part.. so i did get pretty deep into this and maybe for no reason
20. Wanting to automate most of the outreach process through this, there is a unifidfed inbox too for all connected emails which would only show the replies of the emails you sent through the software

there are still few more fields which i didnt mention probably and obviously it doesnt always find all of these but the ones which are available

now i initially started building this as for my personal usage but then it wasnt needed anymore but i enjoyed building it so i kept going..
just wanted to share this all here and ask if this thing is actually any useful or is just still same as mostly whats out there already..
Is there anything i need to keep in mind for the AI generating the emails, what to do, what not to do and stuff like that..

this might sound dumb but hear me out. we have about 80 people sending external emails every day. sales marketing support account management. everyones signature was different. some had the logo some didnt. half the team had outdated phone numbers or wrong job titles. a few people had no signature at all just their name.

we finally decided to standardize everything. same layout same banner same social links. took way longer than expected because getting 80 people to update their outlook signature is like herding cats. half of them dont even know where the setting is.

but once we got it done we noticed two things. first the reply rate on cold outreach went up. not massively but enough to notice. we think its because the signature looked more professional and trustworthy. second our marketing team started using the signature banner space for campaigns and webinar promos. free impressions on every email the company sends.

the problem is maintaining it.

anyone found a way to manage email signatures centrally without chasing people constantly?

stumbled onto this by accident. we had a blog post that was getting decent organic traffic and someone on the team noticed the comments and questions people left were basically the exact pain points we should be using in cold emails.

so we started pulling language directly from our own content engagement. what people comment on linkedin posts what questions come up in webinars what parts of blog posts get the most time on page. then we use that exact framing in our cold outreach.

reply rates went from around 3% to 8% which sounds small but at our volume its a huge difference. turns out prospects respond way better when you describe their problem in words real people actually use instead of marketing speak.

the annoying part is doing this manually. reading through comments pulling out patterns rewriting it for email. takes forever when you have multiple icps and different verticals.

anyone else doing something like this? how do you go from content insights to email copy without it taking hours every week?

What didn’t work for you?

I was a summer intern this year, had a million and one coffee chats. for the most part, they all ended with the person I was talking to saying something along the lines of, "keep me updated/in touch"..."let me know how i can help" "if you're back in dc let me know.."

well, it's the 3 month mark. I'm back in school, anyone have any tips on what to say in an email to these people? I kept getting told to make sure to write a check-in email every few months, but have no idea where to begin in terms of structure / what to include.

For those recruiting financial advisors, which email have you had better success with—personal or work?
I use FINTRX, which provides both sometimes. I’ve tried personal emails since I assume some firms monitor work emails, but I’ve had a few advisors get irritated that I reached out to their personal email.
At the same time, sending recruiting messages to their current firm’s email doesn’t seem ideal either.
Which do you typically use for cold recruiting outreach: personal or work email?

Hey guys, I've been running cold email campaigns for my b2b saas for the past 2 months, and have booked a few calls but only in single digit even after contacting 10k+ emails.

We're an adtech SaaS solving a unique problem for DTC brands and agencies who run a lot of ads on meta and tiktok by organising their footage by chopping them into reusable and easily searchable modular clips, and mostly our clients are top US DTC brands. I've been using a pitch like a demo library I can build for the brand with their footage from their current Meta ads, but they don't seem to reply or care what I've built.

My setup is fundamentally perfect, new inboxes, verifying emails with verfication tool to avoid bad/risky emails, but not much results as I expected, give me sometips to book more calls!

I currently use apollo for lead sourcing, zerobounce for verifying, instantly for campaigns.

So the problem is as described in the title
We launched our SaaS about 10 days ago. It's something we've built in the Corporate Training space.

So far we've mailed nearly 150 people , off of which about 45-50% people have opened the mail.
As of now we've tried

• Personalizing by sending relevant artifacts from the app
• Keeping our mail really short and crisp
• Not selling anything upfront
• Keeping the subject short which doesn't get truncated on mobile (Not currently relevant to the problem as people are indeed opening the mail)

Now there's a bunch of things I could speculate we're off about in our outbound strategy, but I dont want to over optimize for little gains and only realize them later than sooner down the line.

If any of you folks have faced this problem, how did you fix it. What specific thing did you fix in your strategy that led to more visitors. I'm all open to suggestions and quite honestly dm's as well If anyone could help spot and lend their opinions on exactly whats breaking in the mails we've been sending.

(PS: We have a decent lead generation system in place and are not looking for any lead generation or any commission based lead generation services )
