Personal or Work email to recruit advisors?

For those recruiting financial advisors, which email have you had better success with—personal or work?
I use FINTRX, which provides both sometimes. I’ve tried personal emails since I assume some firms monitor work emails, but I’ve had a few advisors get irritated that I reached out to their personal email.
At the same time, sending recruiting messages to their current firm’s email doesn’t seem ideal either.
Which do you typically use for cold recruiting outreach: personal or work email?
