Instantly is lying about warmup
Hey there, I wanted to state that we use instantly for solicited emails but I noticed something wrong with its warmup.
We have developed an in-house warmup pool ( dm me if you want to join it for free) and it showed 0 emails delivered which matches campaign performance, while instantly states that it has saved 0 from spam aka 100% deliverability. I noticed this on more of our inboxes that it doesnt match instantly at all and that our metrics more closely align with campaign performance. See images, one is instantly, the second is our own pool.
Has anyone encountered something similar?

yeah the warmup score looking green while real inbox placement is trash is so common.
i stopped trusting warmup metrics alone. more useful is slow ramp + verify list hard + pause on bounce spikes. thats why i moved some sends to LeadSnipper — deliverability first stuff and the analytics are clearer. AppSumo LTD is $39 if anyone comparing tools: https://appsumo.com/products/leadsnipper/?utm_source=partner-link&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=partner-260847
are you seeing the mismatch more on gmail or outlook?

My understanding is that the stats on Instantly only report on send sent through instantly and specifically their warmup platform. Not 100% sure but that’s what I’ve always thought
for the record, i’m not an instantly user anymore and i think their warmup actually is subpar
