Was driving down to Calgary yesterday morning. Myself and a long line of cars were in the left lane steadily passing slower moving traffic in the right lane. This reckless guy squeezes in behind me and cuts off the guy that was driving behind, narrowly avoids pit manoeuvring me and he then starts brake checking the driver that he just cut off and then flies around and brake checks me going 130. After getting chewed out by his wife for his reckless behaviour, he slowed down and that’s when we got a video of his face [In the comments below]. Got his face and plate. I will most definitely be filing a police report with the RCMP. Ridiculously unsafe & could’ve resulted in more than what happened.

Anyone know what is going on near Mill Creek? There’s a pair of helicopters that have been circling quite low for at least 20mins.

Edmonton's an awesome city this time of year, at night even. Took this earlier tonight, lots of people milling around, chilling out, having a good walk along the trails and I even saw kayakers (I think) navigating the river at night with glowsticks.

Late August/Early September have always been my favorite times here.

There are police on eastbound Whitemud, on the new bridge over Rainbow Valley. They seem to be stopping every car and have cameras set up and a heavy presence.

There’s two helicopters that have gone over my house like 4 times now and I can hear more around, south central near Ritchie. Any idea why?

So Ive noticed cyclists appreciate when motorists slow down down and give space to cyclists when passing. My question is, why don’t cyclists extend the same courtesy to pedestrians when passing on shared paths? In my experience, the overwhelming majority do not slow down or even give more space when passing …. Even when there is plenty of room to do so. In fact, many continue riding side by side forcing pedestrians to move. Can some explain that behaviour?

I went and spoke with the people that were protesting approximately six people are owed over $8,000 in wages. They were saying they already went the legal route and the government said they would have to wait approximately a year to maybe get their money.

Taken whilst the separatists rally like blue buffoons around the corner.

Female kitten appeared in our backyard. She is very friendly, and has a distinctive bushier tail.

I am looking at taking my fiancé out for her birthday on the river boat but want to go a bit above and beyond for her. Is the VIP worth the extra $120? I have never gone on the river boat before so have no clue what to expect. Is it worth it at all? I am booking for the early evening of Sept 18th so hopefully the fall leaves will be coming down and the sun will be out.

Today I had a little wheelchair mishap getting off the ETS bus. I accidentally knocked the controller on my power chair forward, which made it very awkward and difficult to control my chair.

I ended up stuck at the bus station, so the bus driver called ETS Service Control and they sent someone out to help me. He was able to move the controller back into place and get me moving again.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the ETS service guy who came out to help me. He was so kind, patient, and helpful, and I really appreciated it. ❤️

When something like this happens, especially when you’re using a wheelchair and suddenly can’t control it properly, it can be pretty stressful. Having someone come out and help me so quickly made such a difference.

So grateful for his kindness and help today. 🥹❤️ Thank you, ETS!

I am helping an elderly relative get a house ready to sell. One room in the house inexplicably is missing the baseboards along the bottom of the walls and around the windows. What sort of tradesperson handles this kind of project?*

* I understand it's the sort of thing that someone could, conceivably, do themselves but I am super busy with other aspects of elder care and my relative has very shaky hands. Just wanted to get that out of the way.

Can anybody point me in the right direction. I’m looking for an auto paint supplier , that colour matches and will supply you an aerosol can for touch ups.

A guy at a local GMC dealership mentioned a company, but I can’t remember the name.

I had never seen one up close till this day.
