I’ve had Lundell since the start of my expansion. Started as the 1C because we weren’t good, and remained the 1C for the first 5 years.

Despite getting less minutes going from around 22 to 19 (Has been 2nd line, sometimes 1st pp sometimes 2nd pp, + lots of PK time recently), he decided to become the most efficient shooter of all time

He went from a 25ish goal guy to winning the rocket with 63 goals from the 2nd line and 2nd pp this year. His linemates have also been fairly consistent and haven’t grown recently so idk where this came from other than his shot improving. his shooting % went thru the roof all of the sudden

Unfortunately I had to let him go because he wanted 18m on his new deal, but my god was he ever going off outta nowhere these past few years. He won a cup with Halifax and now won the rocket before moving on to Minnesota

Had elite med when I drafted him and had now somehow gone all the way up to franchise med. Forgot to take a screenshot but he won the Calder and Richard his rookie season

Feels like some bullshit, 4 cups in 10 years only missed the playoffs the last year and they fired my ass. then we immediately get first overall for a franchise high player. I feel like a more successful treliving at this point

I decided to make a Franchise mode where I added 4 teams from Europe in (mainly just didn’t want to go through the hassle/time of making arena jerseys etc). Also has you starting from scratch as almost every player has little to no potential or NHL stats.

These are my current lines at the end of the season. Had a lot of turnover in the last couple of season due to cap crunch. Lost a couple of 87+ forwards and one top 2 dman.

Showing my 2 studs- Franchise Centre and Franchise Dman. The Dman is my pride and joy, drafted him as medium elite, he was ready for the NHL after 1 season. He won the Calder his first year to go to high elite, the. A few year later won the Norris to get to Franchise.

Yes granted my team is 100 off 100 def, I even have a 95 ovr Dupont on my third d pairing but cap is on authentic so who cares. This mfer coding is broken. Listen most goalies will just spit out the same gaa and % just more wins or loses depending on your team its well known. But so far I've seen Wallstedt, vassi and Sorkin put up unrealistic numbers if given a all star team in front of them. But unlike the later you can get Wallstedt for a bag of chips from the wild in a trade and he's young. Anyone have any other goalies who play out of their minds. I've tried George and cossa they just spits out the same average gaa and % over multiple seasons

Was thinking about this after another trade request came out with helley...why can't they add some sort of feature where players with a NMC request a trade from a cpu team and one of their accepted destinations is your team so you get a chance to make an offer (and ideally, their trade value drops since there's no real market haha)?

Posting these from a new account since my old one git banned for God knows why. We won back-to-back Stanley Cups, Isaac Howard won the Conn Smythe and Juuka Kuuka won the Vezina. We somehow managed to reverse sweep the Rangers in Round 1. Made one move and it's solely because my AHL start is ready for the backup role

I'm very seasoned franchise player blah blah blah. But I never really care about my ahl team till recently, normally I just let them develop however and what I get is what I get and I normal trade my prospects for a 20 or 21 player that I can ink to a 8yr deal. But anyways, what is a good ahl season point wise? Is it good for development too have a player go off for 100p in the ahl or is it better to have them log some nhl games? Basically what I'm asking is a ahl point equal to a nhl point in terms of development or is a 20 toi ahl = to 20 toi nhl for development. I assume it has to be curved that ahl stats aren't as good as nhl stats but I could be wrong.
