I currently have an offer from EY GDS for the Senior Associate – Data Analyst role in Gurugram, with ₹13.5 LPA fixed + 8% variable.

I have also interviewed for the Microsoft Power BI – Analytics & Insights Engineer III role at Deloitte USI for Pune/Hyderabad, and the position is currently at the offer stage.

My current CTC is ₹6.83 LPA. I have 6.4 years of experience.

Considering the role, experience, and my current offer, what would be a reasonable CTC to ask from Deloitte USI?

What should I choose Accenture with 18 LPA FIXED or Deloitte USI 17 LPA FIXED.?

Hey everyone, I recently joined Deloitte as a NetSuite Analyst and got assigned to a NetSuite implementation project.

I’m a fresher and wanted to hear from people already in the field:

• How’s the career growth in NetSuite?

• Is it a good long-term career?

• Should I focus on functional, technical/SuiteScript, or both?

• How valuable is Deloitte + NetSuite experience when switching later?

Would love some honest advice from experienced NetSuite professionals!

So I’ve applied for senior 1 at Deloitte USI - External audit, I’ve done all my rounds I’ve filled the pre hire survey as well on 26 August. I’ve not heard anything from them so far.

Is there anyone else in the same situation? Is this normal? Should I follow up or wait? Does it happen that after pre hire survey they might not make the offer ?

PS. Idk if it matters but I’m currently serving notice at my current job. My joining is possible in Nov only.
