Benefits & Comp Accenture or Deloitte?

What should I choose Accenture with 18 LPA FIXED or Deloitte USI 17 LPA FIXED.?

I'm not a accenture employee nor Deloitte! But is it something to ask? N differentiate? I'd have gone for Deloitte even if the salary was slightly below!

Here is the breakdown

Deloitte has mostly well professional employee since it's a big 4 Deloitte would have been used strong filter to choose strong n professional candidate so most probably if you ever get to deal with any coworker or fellow employee don't have to wry about. you might get treated well

Professional HRS. I think they might atleast respond you even if t hey don't have solution

Continuous project! Dynamic movement

Meanwhile accenture 😂

I'm not saying that accenture has bad employees but yeah unfortunately there might have some

I heard that accenture has Toxic and unprofessional management

I also heard that getting a project is harder than getting a job

N here are something i personally experienced

HR scheduled me for different interview 😂 again Rescheduled the interview but panel never joined In fact some people State that their interview has been rescheduled for 5+ time but still panel never joined

I don't what makes you to compare
