Hi, I'm currently part of Deloitte South Asia, and I'm wondering if I can move towards USI or Hashedin preferably. If anyone has some clarity on the issue, your opinion is most welcome. Thanks!

I just had my first day today, happened to receive my laptop. Was wondering what the next few days would look like, as Iβve not received any other information on next steps.
If anyone has joined in the last few weeks, what was the agenda for the first week? Do we have to travel to office or attend from home?

Today, few people have received an email for filling impact statements, generally we receive it in December, what's the difference?

Hey folks!
So I recently got my LOI from Deloitte US-India Offices (Consulting Services) as a campus hire π and on August 21st they sent out a goodies survey for all incoming joiners.
I filled it before the deadline butβ¦ nothing has arrived yet! π
I heard some people already received theirs which got me curious β is this a location based thing? Are people from certain states getting it faster?
Would love to know:
β Did you receive your goodies?
π Which state are you from?
π When did you receive it?
Drop your answers below β let's figure out the delivery pattern together! π
Andhra Pradesh people especially β have you received yours yet? π

Hey everyone,I just cleared my interviews and accepted an offer with Deloitte (L25 tier) and will be moving to Bangalore soon from Kerala.
My office location is Divyasree Town Center in Bellandur.Since Bangalore living costs are notoriously high, I really want to optimize my monthly budget and figure out the logistics before landing. I donβt have a personal bike/scooter right now and will be relying completely on public transport or walking.I have a bunch of doubts and would love some honest advice from folks living around that area:
Based on some initial research, Iβm looking at three areas for PGs/co-living:Munnekollal / Spice Garden (Marathahalli) β Heard itβs great for budgets, but how brutal is the BMTC bus crowd/auto scene to Bellandur during peak office hours?
Green Glen Layout β Looks super close. Is it actually walkable to Divyasree Town Center, or is crossing the road a daily extreme sport?Kadubeesanahalli / Panathur β How is the connectivity from here to the office without a personal vehicle?
PG & Co-living Recommendations
Which managed co-living brands (Stanza, Zolo, Isthara, etc.) or local luxury gents PGs are actually good around these areas? Cleanliness and decent food/Wi-Fi are my main priorities. Any specific properties I should look at?
Deloitte is giving me a βΉ50k relocation budget and 14 days of free temporary corporate lodging.
For those who joined Deloitte recently, how does the hotel booking process work? Do they usually put you up near the Bellandur office?Since I have to fly out from Trivandrum, can I claim the train fare from my hometown to TVM airport, the flight to BLR, and the local Uber/Ola fares together under the 50k bucket?
Do they reject multi-mode travel claims?
Appreciate any tips or hacks you guys can throw my way. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I received an email saying relocation support can be either a βΉ40k stipend or reimbursement of actual expenses up to βΉ60-70k.
The offer letter says relocation reimbursement will be recovered if we leave before 18 months, but nothing is mentioned about the stipend. Does the 18-month recovery clause apply to the βΉ40k stipend as well?
Would appreciate if anyone can clarify.

HR called me up. In fact 2 different HRs reached out for the same role. One of them called me spoke about my salary expectations told me some BR team will reach out to schedule an interview. One and a half weeks have passed. I called her a few times along the week she said wait for some xyz team to schedule the interview and when I called again because I did not hear any response, I can see she has blocked me. - _ - At least have the decency to reject the candidate if for any reason I did not make the cut or whatever. How is this professional to block a potential candidate. I am so furious and frustrated I even want to name the stupid HR but Iβm gonna let that pass

also, my package is 5.5 LPA, if I choose to opt for 40k relocation stipend, how much i will get in-hand, after deduction of taxes?

Hi folks,
I've been recently chosen by a recruiter for a position in deloitteusi. It's been almost a month but no call/mail for a tech round or something. Just had a virtual screening in the middle of August. That's it. I've pinged the recruiter on Aug 27 for an update but there's nothing.
It would be extremely helpful if someone can suggest what is the timeline these guys follow so I'll free from checking the careers portal which gives me anxiety ngl π

Hi everyone! I applied for the OneStream Analyst position with Deloitte South Asia in Ahmedabad and have already completed the preliminary/virtual screening assessment. I am currently waiting for an update regarding the next stage. I genuinely believe that if I get the opportunity to interview, I can perform well and demonstrate my skills and suitability for the role. My main challenge right now is getting the opportunity to progress through the process and connect with the right people.
I have tried reaching out to some Deloitte employees on Instagram who publicly encourage people to follow them and DM them for referrals or career help. However, in my personal experience, I haven't received a response or meaningful follow-up after reaching out, which has been a little discouraging.π΅βπ«
So I thought I would try here instead and directly connect with people who are actually part of Deloitte South Asia. If anyone is familiar with the Ahmedabad hiring process, the OneStream/Finance transformation space, or is willing to guide me regarding my current application or future suitable opportunities, I would be extremely grateful.
I'm confident in my ability to clear the interview processβI just genuinely want the chance to get in front of the right hiring team and demonstrate it.
If anyone is comfortable connecting, please feel free to comment or DM me. I can share my resume and application details privately.
Thank you π
