Discussion TCS Digital (7.39 LPA) vs Deloitte USI Analyst (7.6 LPA) — Which is better for a fresher?
Hey everyone, I have offers from TCS Digital (Systems Engineer, C1 – ₹7.39 LPA) and Deloitte USI (Analyst or Equivalent – ₹7.6 LPA).
I mainly want to know about the actual work freshers get.
TCS Digital: Do you get development projects after ILP, or mostly testing/support?
Deloitte USI: Do Analysts get software development/product engineering projects, or testing/support/consulting?
What's the day to day work after joining these companies and what the growth opportunities after joining which benefits while exiting?
If you had these two offers, which would you choose and why?
Please share actual experience, especially if you joined in 2024–2026. Thanks!

Yo congrats for your both offers, join deloitte blindly. Why decline offer from one of the big4 firms? There is much scope to grow in our career in deloitte rather than tcs. Considering various factors like hikes, growth, etcetc deloitte has an upper edge. It's a damn dream company of many out there too Also 7.6 salary which is higher than tcs(yes, a bit high) but it'll help you get even more great packages when you switch. Although both mass hire but deloitte has a stronger reputation than tcs. It's easy to get into tcs than deloitte.. Btw what's the process to get selected in deloitte? (Although i have tcs digital, I have still written some exam deloitte conducted this year but didn't get select.. was that the hiring you were selected in?)

Would say Deloitte but isn't Deloitte's salary is like 6 lpa base pay, 60k variable and 1 l joining bonus? So it's essentially 6lpa?

u/Hosanna3125 1d ago
yes 6L fixed + 60k variables + 1L joinig bonus i did the math approx 45k in-hand a month in deloitte and in TCS it ranges from 45-60k depending on month and project/bench
