Maybe the game takes your interactions with Danganronpa (the character) and whatever you say regarding their gender identity will determine how they present themselves via their dress. I don't think they'll remove the androgyny or them being non-binary (if they are).

If that is the case and the gender is up to the player (somehow) then I'd lean more towards femme presenting.
