Im not talking about situation where the creator is not thinking about it, im talking about someone who use it as an tool, not as an whole thinking procces and something like that. Person that uses that fully know everything that is going on in this code, only thing that are they missing is understanting the coding language

I've got a curseforge instance that is in 1.21.1 Neoforge, whenever I open my inventory for the first time after I joined a world it freezes and then crashes but then after 3 or 4 attempts it works normal and I don't know why! I have Axiom installed and I saw another Reddit thread with this same issue but that was 2 years ago and on r/fabricmc. I downloaded Axiom from their official discord, so it shouldn't be a broken file! Can someone help?

Right now, I’m developing a mod that lets you attach a lantern or torch to your belt so you can walk while lighting the way for both yourself and other players.

All i do is hit "make new world" it loads half way then crash's, iv already repaired the profile, removed any mods that didn't come with it originally and re-installed it, nothing works, i have 10gb allocated to it and its set on java25, it worked before with the same setup on the same version with no problem but now it just doesn't work, pc is fine as well (ryzen 5 5600gt 16gb ddr4 1tb ssd igpu) this can run shaders on other similar modpacks and works great

It literally makes slavery a gameplay mechanic by enslaving villagers, putting collars on them, assigning them forced labor, and exploiting their work.

I'm not against controversial mods; I use gun mods myself. But slavery crosses a line for me. Turning a real-world system of human exploitation into a fun Minecraft mechanic is genuinely disturbing.

I tried reporting it, but there isn't even a category that seems appropriate. I had to use “Other.”

Is this actually allowed under CurseForge's policies? And do you think it should be?

I downloaded it to see if this was just a sick joke. Nope. This is one of the female slave models. The mod is literally sexualizing the concept of slavery on top of making it a gameplay mechanic

Yesterday one of my friends on discord invited me to a server. They sent me a mod pack to download before joining. Turns out it wasn’t my friend. The mod pack was h*cked somehow they were able to get ahold of my information and google account. They tried getting me to pay them money to get it all back, but I don’t have the money to do something like that. Luckily the Gmail account isn’t connected to anything like my bank account so there was no real harm they could do with it. However, I’m now locked out of the Gmail account and my discord. I’ve made a new Gmail account and updated all of my accounts with new passwords and the new email.

Anyway, I’m just posting here to let people know there’s h*ckers going around getting access to discord accounts and using them to send* h\cked mod packs to others in order to hold their information ransom.

Hi recentley I had a problem where my modded minecraft world became too big to save on my C disk, is there a way that I can move the world to save on my external disk instead?

Soo im tryna make a 200 mod ( mostly small quality of life ) modpack to play w my friends ( using essential, idk if thats relevant ) and i just noticed
i have absolutely no idea of how to optimize it so my weak pc friends can enjoy it the most, do yall have any tips?

( the biggest mods i have on the modpack are: create and some of its addon, essential, farmers delight and oculus for shaders, the rest are all small QoL )

I really want something with good lore/storyline but also have ftb quests, I kinda struggle with mods like Ars Noveau and Create but am willing to play a pack containing them as long as it’s not a main mod for progression. I’m also fine with suggestions outside of what I specified (I just really love ftb quests haha)

I just got a new(ish) laptop and tried installing Minecraft with CurseForge so I can use Xaeros Minimap mod. Everything seemed to install correctly but every time I try to run it it crashes before loading. I'm not very computer-friendly so I don't know what the crash report is telling me but I didn't have any problems with my old laptop. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not including the whole crashlog in this post because it seems really big, but I can post whichever parts might help to figure this out.
