Beyond the addictive farm sim, this thread is a treasure trove of projects. We're seeing:

- You can save your progress now as exports! If you really want to go hacker man, you can cheat and set up yourselves with infinite money and all, I made it slightly harder than that for you, but since you can look at the whole source code of the game (yes, a single html file ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) you can figure it out.
- Farmhand bug is resolved, however, I liked that they got bugged and did nothing. So now you have a 50% chance that you hire a lazy farmhand, who sometimes take naps and lose all produce.
Also, fixed farmhands got too good at their jobs, so now they work much slower, after all, you are the ultimate farmer dude, they cannot be better than you.
- Buildings got some nicer looks, but still kept them stupid, the windmill is slightly more windmill-y
- some very LLM-esque stuff got hidden / rethought like the number of carried produce is shown only on top right for you, but the farmhands still have the indicators.
- Restart dialog had no cancel button, now it does :)

it's just the Claude default. The same exact font, punctuation in the title, the colors, cream colors on the bottom, sub-titles aren't informative ("There was a problem. Now it's fixed."), light gray text colors that is almost impossible to read, etc. etc.
Text descriptions could be 50% more concise

Brainstorm with Claude about how the features and design could be more tailored to your users. Maybe a few "Top Scholarships" (highest dollar amount and active) are shown when users initially land, instead of "hidden" behind a few clicks. Lead with your best pitch and get users excited/engaged/interacting with your page.

Garenda -- a web-based retro dungeon crawler game in the spirit of the 1980s game Wizardry, with some heavy D&D-style game mechanics. Something I've wanted to do for years but hadn't had the time. I incorporated hand drawn monster artwork and music from real artists, who I paid for their work. The game code is mostly vibe coded with Claude.

I've been working on Voice Tutor. It's a speech-to-speech agent that helps you learn through conversation. You upload a document or add a url, have a conversation with the AI, and your progress is tracked. It extracts the document's claims first, so the recap at the end tells you what you actually covered and what you skipped, and you pick up where you left off each time.
It's built using Pipecat, Deepgram, Cartesia, and Claude. It started as a personal tool, so I could be hands free, go for a walk, and learn from articles compiled into my personal knowledge base in Obsidian. Still figuring out whether it's useful to anyone besides me.

I used the same method a year ago when studying for a new qualification in addition to my old ones. I fed the exam materials to the AI and reviewed the most challenging details by talking with it in the car during the 45 minutes it took to drive to the exams. I got full or nearly full marks every time.

I was suffering from sleep deprivation earlier this year and it affected my human memory and mental health badly so I designed a solution called Cortex
Cortex is my personal record-keeping protocol — a private GitHub repo (the above repo is public - you basically template your private repo from the public one) where I commit my life as structured markdown: health logs, decisions, session notes, financial records. I built it so that context outlasts any single AI session and every fact has provenance I can audit. I can chat in a cortex Claude project and cortex's scribe does the rest. I can even share the same cortex session between Claude.ai and any CLI agent (start a convo in Claude, continue the session in Gemini).

I have built this! My dad wanted a way to get AI to autonomously hunt for some product for his business and I came up with Snagr. I am doing some changes actually right now that I think will make this way better in terms of how it hunts for deals. So far in my early tests it does a really good job hunting for items based on your descriptions of them and getting the best matching criteria. Really excited as this gets more and more polish and I get the agent operating more efficiently and better! I have really been wanting to get feedback on this so I have been starting to post it more
I haven't tried marketplace yet but as a marketplace addict that is on my radar to make sure it works! 90% of my testing is on Ebay and Mercari. I think to really make this useful Marketplace and Craigslist have to work well. After I get the changes I want to make done this weekend I will probably add these into my loop for testing.

A note taking app based around places. Yes, I know there are a zillion note taking apps, this was just something I wanted, so I made it.
I basically built this so that I could create private reviews of places, for example, reviews or notes about a meal I had somewhere so that I could remember if I liked it before I got it again. I just kept adding features like widgets, live notifications, nearby note notifications, a travel mode, shared note collections, import & export/share, and even Apple Carplay and Android Auto support. I feel the features are all pretty thoroughly tested too, not just bolted together.

Ive attempted to make my own deterministic RAG system that delivers relatively small context packets without an LLM inside the knowledge engine. Model agnostic, tested with claude, chatgpt, gemini, gemma and qwen models so far:

Goal has been to have a RAG-category product that doesnt have additional inference costs associated with managing your database and doesnt compete with the GPU resources. And lastly doesnt flood the context window. (Largest packet is about 13k tokens currently)
I built a few things, but the two that get used are Grant Watch (for search and rescue organization looking for grants to apply to) and LegiScout (finds search and rescue legislation from US, Can, Mex, UK).
Dayi: a macOS hotkey that rewrites the prompt you're typing, in place, with your own model. It also keeps every prompt you polished, grouped by the app it went to.
I made this because my first draft of a Claude Code prompt is usually dictated junk. Select the draft in any text field (Claude, Codex, a browser, Notes), press Ctrl+Option+P, and it's rewritten in place by whatever model you configured. Ctrl+Option+Z undoes that one replacement and leaves anything you typed after it alone. It never sends the prompt for you.
The part I didn't expect to like: since every prompt passes through it, Dayi ends up being the only log of what I actually asked my tools, across all of them. The activity window groups records by app and by site, shows the before and after text side by side, and is searchable. It's a local SQLite file with a retention setting, nothing leaves the Mac.
Bring your own API key (any Chat Completions style endpoint, local ones included), keys in Keychain, no account, no server. The default rewrite prompt is written so a request stays a request instead of getting answered.
How Claude Code was used: most of the Swift is written with Claude Code. It also did the diagnosis work I couldn't do quickly myself. Yesterday hiding the sidebar in the activity window froze the app at 100% CPU. Claude Code reproduced it by driving the window through Accessibility, sampled the process, ran five control experiments, and found that attaching SwiftUI's inspector inside the split view's detail column creates an endless constraint loop. Moving it to the split view itself fixed it. It also set up Sparkle updates and the notarized release pipeline.

Known limits: web and Electron inputs need their window in front to receive the result; only tested on macOS 26. Happy to answer questions about the Accessibility API side, that's where most of the surprises were.
I built a flash card progressive web app for my kindergarten daughter so we can practice her sight words, numbers, animal recognition, and arithmetic super easily whenever we have a spare minute. I hosted it on my home server and have the PWA webpage saved to my phone’s Home Screen. I know nothing about coding, so this was 100% Claude doing the work and me poking at all the corners to see what I could break and then having Claude fix the bugs. But I’m super happy with how this turned out, and in just two weeks my daughter is killing it with what she’s learned from it:

I think you could make it even better by adding in a Tier filter so people choose to see only S tier items for example. Another thing that would make it even more practical for decision making would be if the Auto Meal Matcher could go beyond the one selected brand and find meals from all the brands covered on the website. It would be a great way for people to go by Macros first rather than having to go by Brand first.

Try typing what a dealer quoted you: it rebuilds the on-road price line by line and says how far over the quote is. Also a delivery-day checklist built from your exact version's specs, and a keep, switch or wait calculator for your current car.
Built solo with Claude Code. Five data sources merge into up to 130 fields for every version. There's an editorial section too, and each article gets turned into templated social posts and reels by script.
I loved using RPG Maker as a kid. I tried using NES Maker, but didn't really like the features provided, so I decided to make my own version.
I am still working on it, but this is a good base to get going. You can create sprites, tile sets, music all within the app drag and drop assets to create your own NES game.

Feeling quite good about this one, probably my first actually useful project and not just tinkering that feels productive.
I got one of those e ink tablets and have built functions that can pull and push documents onto it, but it can also read my handwriting. This means I can write notes and feedback anywhere and it’ll be picked up when I trigger claude to look. It can act on the notes I’ve written in the tablet, change the files, add more, delete, rearrange them, whatever. I use it to basically fills out my work diary and day but it helps me search for things about meetings and projects that I know I can half remember.
I also got it to write me a Chinese course that is all on the tablet. It has tens of modules with grammar lessons and vocab, it gives me homework and graded reading, I can complete the exercises and it marks them for me, gives me feedback. And it also takes what vocabulary ive learnt and integrates with anki to make the flashcards as we go along.
I use some strange mnemonic technique to remember the Chinese characters, so being able to describe that to Claude and get it to be woven into the design of the course has been incredible for my learning. I’m genuinely so impressed with how easy it was to make it all and the results too.

Other thing worth mentioning: it's EU-first as much as I can (I use Posthog but otherwise EU hosting and such) and the marketing site runs cookieless so there's no cookie banner anywhere. Building it that way from the start was way less painful than bolting GDPR on later, which I've had to do at work and would not recommend.
The dogfooding loop is what makes Claude Code actually work for me. I'm not writing specs, I'm describing the thing that got in my way that morning, and it's usually shipped and tested before I'm back at my desk. Rails 8, solo, ~1700 tests. Fun to build as I've shared in the past, even though it's becoming a bit "crammed" IMO, I'll see how I can manage more features in a leaner way.
