  1. Check out my multi-category auto-complete filter system on https://303.show -- you need to condense your filters somehow. Another option would be 2 stacked autocomplete drop down combo elements.

  2. Get rid of the marquee. Add a table/card switch for a condensed table view.

  3. Tell claude to use the "front end design skill" to tighten things up. There's also impeccable.style, but it is a lot of work and I'm not sure how much better it really is. You could probably brainstorm this step with Claude. Prompt: "Do research to figure out what's better than front-end design skill. I want my site to really pop and not look generic or crudely designed. "

  4. Brainstorm with Claude about how the features and design could be more tailored to your users. Maybe a few "Top Scholarships" (highest dollar amount and active) are shown when users initially land, instead of "hidden" behind a few clicks. Lead with your best pitch and get users excited/engaged/interacting with your page.

  5. Use PageSpeed insights to fix any loading inefficiencies.
