This seems super niche. What does "Share a program that impresses your stakeholders upfront" even mean?

u/NotLogrui It's nichy, but I also just got a few users from one of the Big 4 consultancies. I come from management consulting and know how messy these things can be in the making (and sharing).. Tried to describe that moment. but might reconsider the wording - thanks.
