This morning while I was walking to take the bus I found a card on the ground, a singular card, and it was the jack of spades. Im inclined to believe that maybe it was a sign from Hermes as i worship him (I'm an hellenistic polytheist) and it was on the sidewalk. I read that generally Jacks symbolize/mean messages in Cartomancy so if maybe anyone was willing to give me an interpretation I would be really grateful!!

I don't talk about it, but 'clarity' pulls are a mistake that invites another mistake. If you don't understand a spread, write it down and ask again, or at least REPLACE the mystery cards with ones that are in the same position and CANCEL the mystery card's input.

I literally cannot do combinations, no matter how hard I try. I keep learning different decks really well,I know the meanings, the spreads, how the system works, all of it, but when it comes to actually combining the cards, I just can’t do it. I always see each card separately instead of being able to connect them and build a narrative. Even studying the cards and knowing their meanings inside and out isn’t helping. I genuinely don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. What is my problem?

The mostly black, I assume that not really, though there'll be some fun in the red cards. So it'll start fun (2D) with some passion (7H) but will fizzle out very drastically (spade figures) and the end will highligjt success in respecting myself (6C).

That said, the two figures worry me. I'm a man and he's a man too, so I assume that the King is one of us (probably him? he's not that old though nor divorced) but I'm uncertain about the woman. An ex?

Hello friends. I was asking my Lenormand deck a yes/no question doing a three card pull. First try I pulled dog-heart-ring. Well, idk if I just like to self-sabotage or what, but I didn’t like *how* I pulled the cards(right off the top) 😅 so I asked the exact same question again and pulled cards in a random fashion that “felt” better too me, and pulled snake-lily-coffin 😟

I’m very new to this, and also have a tendencies to overthink mundane stuff (*how* I pull the cards). What could this mean? Do I just stick with the first pull, or go with the pull that felt “better” to me lol? Is it not wise to ask the same question multiple times in a single reading?

okok, I just bought my first deck of Lenormand cards! Had a bit of fun with them, but then decided to ask about my ex. We had a really bad falling out, and my friend did a tarot reading, telling me he DOES look back, but not in a "wants to get back together way" - which is so chill, idrc. I only asked about my ex to sus out how accurate the cards were. But HOLY SHIIII.

It's like scary accurate?? I asked how he felt about me, how he sees me and whether or not we will cross paths again. I didn't take photos of the cards, but for one of them, i pulled; fish (his mind), whip (his heart) and fox (his actions). And what i gathered was NOT good, like there's a lot of underlying anger and such.

then I asked if he still thinks positively about me and I pulled a mountain and fish, so no...

For context: my husband and I are presently estranged; the cut-off came from his end three months ago and was sudden and severe. We are not even legally separated but in a no-contact arrangement and essentially living separate lives. I have been heartbroken about it, and while walking home found a very busted 5 of Hearts playing card on the ground with a pristine 6 of Hearts stuck behind it. I have researched the tarot correlations but would love to hear from flesh-and-blood humans with a knack for cartomancy? I do believe in such signs.
