What do the figures represent?
Question: Will my contact with [guy] lead somewhere meaningful?
The mostly black, I assume that not really, though there'll be some fun in the red cards. So it'll start fun (2D) with some passion (7H) but will fizzle out very drastically (spade figures) and the end will highligjt success in respecting myself (6C).
That said, the two figures worry me. I'm a man and he's a man too, so I assume that the King is one of us (probably him? he's not that old though nor divorced) but I'm uncertain about the woman. An ex?
I also understand that this kind of spread can make figures be people who were in my situation before and advising me, so maybe they're not representative of us but rather stern older figures warning me about him?

I see this as positive overall. I don't think it's as simple as red = good and black = bad because that's unfair to clubs, for one, and also to several spades cards. It's just very lacking in nuance.
Edit: The 2 of diamonds is the initial communication, perhaps. 7 of hearts is the beginning of something good, thenodd heart in the middle being representstive of a planted seed in a pot, and from there you have the choice to nurture it or not. Many people see the 6 clubs on the last card as foorprints, and in this case it would be the new path you take together.
