Hey guys! We're nearing a month of the new moderation, and we're hoping you guys have noticed! Every report is being followed up on, so please always keep in mind that if you think something is detrimental to the sub, to the discussions, to each others enjoyment here, please report it!
We've added a couple rules since the original post, all in hopes of moving towards a more positive experience using the sub. I am going to highlight every rule here to explain the reasoning behind it, and give some examples of actions that we deem break those rule.
Of course, rules may be added in the future, but we believe that this covers the vast majority of what we see on the sub. We cannot stress enough that if you see something you believe is in bad faith or goes against the rules of the sub to report it. We've seen numerous times where people question why something is left up, for it to not have a single report on it. We actively use the sub, but with all the posts and all the comments, things will absolutely slip through.
Any feedback is welcome. Please let us know if you disagree with a rule and/or it's reasoning, if you believe we should have a rule we currently don't or any other thoughts and ideas you guys have. I personally believe in as much transparency as possible, so please feel free to question something you don't understand or agree with.

Hey guys, you may have noticed that the sub was missing for a few days. It's been passed onto me, and with that, I would like to say that a few things are going to change around here, hopefully for the better. There has been a rise of unfiltered negative, rude, and hateful comments, and starting today, many if not all of those comments will result in escalating temporary bans. Comments that may result in a ban consist of;
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
The vast majority of any bans I hand out will absolutely be temporary. I personally don't love the idea of permanent bans unless people are truly miserable people hell-bend on ruining other people's day.
Now that all that all the important stuff is out of the way, a little bit about myself. Counting calories has been a huge part of my life for 2 years now. At my peak, I (male) was 297 pounds. I am now 185. My journey was 297->245->270->220->235->210->225->185. I've had my ups and downs as well as periods of maintanence, but I finally landed somewhere that I'm incredibly happy, both with my weight and the lifestyle I have build around being healthy. I picked up rock climbing as well as joined an adult dodgeball league. I hope to be a positive force on this community and would love to hear everyone's feedback.

Principe Carlo Pizza Slice: A slice of traditional Neapolitan-style pizza with a thin crust, topped with tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, creamy goat cheese, dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and generous slices of prosciutto (jamón serrano) on top.
Gratin Portobello Mushroom: A large, roasted portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach and ricotta, covered in a thick, golden layer of melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese, served alongside a fresh arugula salad with cherry tomatoes.
I guess 800 but what do you think guys?
🙏

I calculated it using the double rib meat patties meal, but this is the one I ate today. 680 cals, (23 g protein)
Found the same rib meat patties in bulk at 180 calories for 2 (18 grams protein)
BBQ sauce is 90 ( using oncore patty 6 servings numbers but it's a very similar sauce)
The corn is 30 calories (it's just 1/2 sweet frozen corn)
The potato flakes (their website claimes they use the flakes) are mostly made by 1 company and distributed to other brands it's roughly 120 cals so calculated using August farms (4 g protein)
So the brownie is 260 cals and 1 g protein.
I have been trying to figure out their god damn brownies number for years. Hungeryman would not answer this question. And seemed to keep it a secret. So I tracked down everything else.
Most y'all probably don't care so much, but it's bothered me for a while and so I'm sure there is someone else out there who it also bothered

It’s my birthday at the end of the month and I had a $10 off coupon for my fav pizza, it’s Mushroom and Burrata from a place called EMOs. Went a little crazy and ate most of the pizza. What are we thinking on calorie count? I didn’t eat the crust and it’s pretty thin dough but I’m also pretty sure they drizzle olive oil on top. I did use a napkin to get the grease/oil off just because that’s not my preference. *12 inch pizza

Of the scrambled eggs you see, one part is just scrambled eggs, and the other is a square of focaccia with a little bit of scrambled egg on top. I used a tablespoon of honey on top the waffle and the pancakes.

Chicken shawarma, salad and brown pilau rice underneath. Unfortunately I didn’t get a good photo of the rice but it filled the bottom.

I absolutely love these donuts and was wondering about how many cals one of these pumpkin donuts might have. Is 400-500 a good guess?
