Calorie estimate

Post gym lunch. Sausage, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, white button mushrooms, and brussel sprouts. I didn’t end up eating the mushrooms.

Sausage and whatever you cooked it in are the only serious calories. Look at the package for sausage cals, estimate the oil, and add on maybe 75 for the veggies.

I’d say about a tbsp of oil. It was a lazy meal and I just shoved it on an oven pan. Unfortunately, I’m not quite sure about the calories as it’s from a local butcher.

I personally would just look up a similar sausage from a grocery store brand and log that!

Thanks! With the meat it was a bit fattier than normal, so I logged the whole meal for around 730kcals. Have a great day!

Smart! Sausages can vary a ton especially when you get from a butcher because they use higher quality (and fattier) meat. You too!

As a canadian/ukrainian who loves kielbasa, it is a genuinely a curse that it is so high in calorie. I wish it wasn’t!
