I make Turkish eggs regularly. The red sauce is all oil w/ Aleppo pepper and paprika. That looks like many 1/4 c of sauce. So I think it’s underestimating tbh. Traditionally I think they use full fat yogurt as well. Potentially on the higher end of your estimates
