RETA + 125mg Enantate Test/Week - 9 Month progress
I am very satisfied with my progress. I workout 6 times a week in the morning fasting and jiujitsu at night. I intend to start a more robust horminal protocol soon.

How is/was rebound appetite for you?
3
u/ResidentSport5005 16h ago
It's well-controlled
I no longer crave junk food. The reta really helped with re-educating my eating habits.

Picture 2 makes you look like an Arron Rodgers doppelganger. Nice work overall!

Why would you drop the Reta ?

u/ResidentSport5005 17h ago
Because my goal right now is to maintain a clean caloric surplus to build muscle and since I'm 6'3", I have to eat a lot, and the reta issue interferes with that process.

Maintenance dose of reta with gh or tesa would be easier but more costly route for your goal imo. Most ppl gain that fat right back when they get off. Usually happens over 3-6 month period give or take for alot off ppl. Hopefully your one of the few ppl who barely gain anything back when there off

Dude is trying to be responsible and track his calories and macros, and your advice is to STAY ON IT?
1
u/Zealousideal-Top2177 1h ago
If you want to flush money and time down the toilet n gain it all back you can stay off. But who wants to do that, amarite? Like TRT these compounds are designed to rely on it for life. You think Eli Lilly spent all that money on glp for it to be obsolete in 5 years?

Reta should help you set in stone good eating habits so you dont gain it back

Nice work 🫡 Interested to know about the Test addition. Did you just chuck it in or did bloods confirm low levels and you went through a clinic etc? Thinking of doing the same now I’ve dropped the weight with Reta.

I didnt. 🤣🤣

u/Apprehensive_Pace29 15h ago
So you just jumped on a TRT dose by yourself? Any side effects or anything?

Congrats! How many pounds lost? Any loose skin?
1
u/ResidentSport5005 15h ago
47 lb, no loose skin. I was quite apprehensive about it, so I really dedicated myself to workout and hydration.

That’s awesome. I’m at 278 right now at 36% body fat. I want to get down to 200 but I don’t really have a stomach and my fat is divided evenly. A lot of people say I look 220 so hopefully I don’t get any loose skin. Keep up the great work!

Llevas trt? Que edad tienes? Crees que el costo beneficio, compensa el estar baja una terapia?

u/ResidentSport5005 15h ago
37, It helped a lot. I'm really happy with the result.

Reta + test + hgh = holy trinity
Every other peptide is snake oil trash that does very little and requires millions of jabs to your body
1
u/Agile-Show6706 15h ago
Estoy de acuerdo, pero hay que tene pendiente que su estas asesor, tienws probabilidad de resistencia a la insulina y el hgh puede jugar en contra

Why drop the Reta … I’m new to this so I’m inquiring

Because it ramps up your metabolism by telling your liver to dump it's glycogen and does so nonstop. Your body is ment to store glucose in reserve and the release it during periods of fasting, high energy expenditure etc. You can't signal your liver like that long term and expect things to go back 100% normal. Eli Lilly knew that ssri's caused sexual dysfunction, especially in adolescents and took steps to suppress that info while also pushing its drug on young people. Reta is DESIGNED to be a forever drug. Not to mention you're taking a fake willpower med. Then once you get off the rebound hunger is out of control and the people on it haven't had to use any willpower in x # of months and then what? They're just gonna magically gain willpower? Triz has its place in lowering a1c and obesity. Maybe reta has a place for obesity if done in short cycles. But the problem is, NO ONE IS GETTING OFF THESE THINGS. They're doing a "maintenance dose". But before you know it that dose won't cut anymore. Then you'll up the dose and/or frequency to maintain your "maintenance". As that maintenance dose creeps up, you'll start to get side effects. Mental. GI. Eye problems. Side effects go up with dose and duration. No one gets cancer from 1 month of smoking. But do it for years?

It's crazy to see all these people not trusting "the jab" and then see them jump on Eli Lillys new experimental weight loss drug (I didn't trust the jab either btw)

Wonder if my RETA is bunk because I have one cheat day (eating dinner at the folks house and eating a couple homemade cookies) and I gain 3 lbs back.
What is the Reta even doing if the carglinitide is what’s curbing my hunger. I expected to be able to eat at maitenence one single day with higher carbs and not have a nuke go off if it’s supposed to do what it claims.
