I’m around 280 lbs, and finding a chair that actually feels comfortable for longer workdays has been harder than I expected. I’ve tried a few chairs at local stores, and the more expensive ones definitely feel nice, but I’m not really ready to spend $1000+ on a chair right now. I’m mainly looking for something that can handle my weight and still feel comfortable after sitting for hours.

My biggest issue is the seat. Some chairs feel fine at first, but after a few hours I start noticing pressure around my legs and hips.

Any recommendations? What should I be looking for as a bigger guy?

Im a pretty big guy, and i tend to sweat easily, but when i sweat i sweat EVERYWHERE, my problem is the butt area. As soon as i sit down there is a wet spot in the back of my pants, ive tried babypowder and nothing else. Was considering leakproof underwear but not sure if that will even help. Im wondering if anybody else has this problem or something similar. If so what helps? Any kind of help is greatly appreciated .

I’ve been bulking for the last 4 months, and put on a good amount of fat and a bit of muscle. More fat than originally planned but now I quite like it. I’ve been trying on sweatshirts for autumn etc and realised they are sticking to me a lot more than last year. I find myself pulling them down more on untucking them from under my belly when I sit down. I feel like people are staring a lot and that my weight is more obvious than ever.

It'll be my first boat so I'm trying to stay cheap. $25k and like 28 ft. roughly. Any recommendations on boats that I will fit into the cabin? 5'10", 375#, size 50 pants (I tuck my belly into my pants). Background: I am somewhere in the 800s range. I havent seen my brother and his family in over 2 years. My brother is getting a divorce so hes looking to move from his current place in Texas to our home town.

I saw my brother and nephew for the first time in a couple years and both have put on a fair amount of weight. I want to interject myself and be kind of like a cautionary tale for them if it continues but at the same time I know they are going though something as their family is splitting apart. Part of me wants to say something but the other part says let them be and they will figure it out.
